14:25And the four-year-old child was in the car seat in the back seat.
14:30The scene was moved to a well-lit gas station, and the defendant was observed to have an odor of
14:34marijuana coming from his person. An odor of- Smoking dope in the car with a four-year-old
14:40child? No, sir.
