00:00A typhoon called Hulian, which has an international name of Krathon,

00:04has once again entered the Philippine area of responsibility.

00:07But there is no longer any hope that it will have a direct effect on the country.

00:12In Taiwan, two people were affected by the landfall of the typhoon.

00:20The strong wind blew the big board, and even though the typhoon subsided,

00:26it caused heavy flooding and power outages in more than 100,000 houses.

00:32Flights were also suspended.

00:35In Batanes, almost 200 tourists and residents were stranded for more than a week

00:41because there were no commercial flights.

00:4370 of them were brought by the government's C-130 Cargo Plane to Ilocos Norte.
