In this episode of Bicycling’s Bike Shop, Deputy Editor Tara Seplavy and Senior Test Editor Dan Chabanov tell you about the best fall 2024 updates to Zwift—and some things we wish Zwift updated—for the indoor training platform’s tenth anniversary. Then we discuss our favorite low-cost upgrade: Bar tape. Last, we chat about tubeless sealant and how to top-up the sealant in your road, gravel, or mountain bike tires.

00:00In this episode of Bicyclist Bike Shop, we're going to start things off by talking about
00:04Zwift's 10th anniversary and some new features and hardware they have.
00:09There's a whole bunch of them, but right now my favorite is the new HUD that is customizable,
00:14so riders can finally select what data Zwift is showing them as they ride.
00:18And then we're going to get into talking about Bar Tape, one of our favorite low-cost upgrades.
00:24Our favorite tape is Zipp's Service Course CX or Standard Service Course Road.
00:31I prefer the CX, but I like the road, but overall, great bar tape.
00:37And we finish things by just talking about how do you get sealant into a tire and
00:44what's the best way to do it.
00:45If you want to prevent clogged valves, the way that you should actually inflate your
00:49tubeless tires is with the valve at either the three or the nine o'clock position to
00:53prevent that sealant from getting into the valves in the first place.
00:57That's what's in this week's episode of Bicyclist Bike Shop.
01:00The only way to see the full video is to become a member.
