"The massive flooding— the highest flood levels since the mid-1980s—washed ashore multiple feet of sand, burying local homes and businesses," Andersen shared with WooGlobe. "As you can see in the video, the city has been actively working to clear the streets, creating those massive mountains of sand."
The filmer also shows the condition of his house, and it's clear that it will take hours of work to undo the damage.
