00:00Hi, my name is Carrie. I'm from Shez Carrie Creperie. We are opening Launceston's first
00:06creperie. Yes, I've been wanting to have a physical store for a long time. I've currently
00:11been operating in Queensland for the last four years out of markets. The heat and humidity in
00:18Queensland was starting to get the better of me, all of those hot days. And so I wanted to have a
00:24bit of a change of pace and move my life down to Tasmania. This location seemed absolutely perfect
00:32for the kind of shop that I wanted to run. And it was just the right timing for us as well. So
00:38we're excited to make the move. So we have both sweet and savory options for our crepes.
00:45So sweet, the traditional would be lemon and sugar and cinnamon and sugar. Those ones are
00:51often popular for people who had them growing up. For a more modern version, Nutella, Nutella,
00:58banana and strawberry. Those ones are always very, very popular, especially with younger children.
01:05If you're after something more on the savory, cheese or ham and cheese on the way to work,
01:11is a great start to the morning with a coffee as well. Everyone has been so incredibly welcoming
01:16to us already. It made us want to move down to Launceston. And so we're really excited to bring a
01:23creperie. Having a physical store has been a dream of mine. So I'm really excited to
01:29get to this new stage of my life. And I hope everyone will come and try out my French crepes.
