00:00So, what you can also do is correct out sentence structure by using copilot.

00:10Let's say for example I'm going to go around and let's say for example I write a message.

00:15Let's say for example I'm going to go around and say I am going to go out with my family

00:25on a vacation to New Delhi and have fun together and spend quality time together.

00:37So although there's not much grammatical errors, you can see that the sentence is quite continuous

00:42and let's say I want to correct it.

00:44So I can simply go around and say correct sentence structure right here just like this.

00:51So if I were to go around and do that right here, then you can see that it says here's

00:54a corrected version of your sentence and it says I'm going on a vacation to New Delhi

00:58with my family to have fun and spend quality time together right here.

01:03So now I'm going to go around over here and say add the word with family right here just

01:12like this.

01:13And if I were to go around and do that, then it simply says I'm going on a vacation to

01:17New Delhi with my family to have fun and spend quality time together with my family right

01:22here just like this.

01:23So you can go around and even change the structure.

01:26Let's say for example say something like make it more funny right here just like this.

01:32And if I were to go around and do that, it says I'm off to New Delhi with my family for

01:35a vacation.

01:36We're going to have a blast and eat way too much and spend some quality time together

01:40family style right here.

01:42I'm going to go around and say make it sound more professional right here just like this.

01:48And if I were to go around and do that, then it says I'm planning a vacation to New Delhi

01:54with my family to enjoy some leisure time and strengthen our family bonds.

01:57So you can simply go around and say write this as a leave request email right here just

02:06like this.

02:07And then it simply changes out the structure right here.

02:10So it says dear man is the name.

02:11I hope this email finds you well.

02:14I'm writing to formally request a leave from start date to end date for a family vacation

02:18to New Delhi.

02:19The trip will provide an excellent opportunity for me to enjoy some leisure time and strengthen

02:24family bonds.

02:25I have ensured that all of my current projects are on track and will be completed before

02:29my departure.

02:30I'll also be available via email for any urgent matters that may arise during my absence.

02:36Thank you for considering my request.

02:38I look forward for your approval.
