00:00This is the Living Seas exhibit at Epcot Center in Walt Disney World.
00:29The entertainment world has gone all out for a 15th birthday party.
00:39Rob, what about the sharks? The sharks! Sharks! The sharks! Sharks! Sharks! Let's get out of here!
00:54From Walt Disney World, it's entertainment this week. Yeah, but that is definitely it for the water scenes.
02:09Mom! Mom! Check it out! It's us! We're grand marshals in a parade with Mickey and Minnie!
02:30Hey, when the world's largest theme park throws a birthday party, you can bet your Mickey Mouse ears it's going to be spectacular.
02:36We're impressed, so are a lot of other people. Come on along, party with us! Absolutely!
02:4315 years, we're having a party in Walt Disney World. The party's going strong! This is terrific!
02:5715 years of magic, come and join the fun. It's a year long celebration, to thank you everyone.
03:11It's a birthday celebration. 15 happy years, that's right. 15 years of magic, and it's only just begun. Another 15 years of fun.
03:31We're having a party, come on everybody, jump into the beat and put your hands up!
03:38Keep the rhythm going, down into your feet and put your hands up!
03:44The party's getting hotter, jamming in the streets, so put your hands up!
03:50You're looking good, you're looking fine, you're looking just like Frankenstein.
03:53Hands up, having a party. Minnie's walking to the beat, Mickey's dancing in the streets.
03:59Hands up, having a party. Hands up, having a party. Hands up, having a party. Let's jam!
04:09Come on everybody, clap your hands with us!
04:12We're having a party, 15 years. We're having a party, 15 years. We're gonna party all year long.
04:2615 years, we're having a party at Walt Disney World. The party's going strong!
04:38Yeah! This is great!
04:41This, of course, is Cinderella's Castle, which is said to be the most photographed attraction in the world.
04:47It's located in Fantasyland, which is, of course, home to Peter Pan and the gang.
04:51Hey, and who is Peter Pan's pal, huh? Also famous for her acting and flying performances on stage.
04:57And, of course, in Disney movies, Sandy Duncan, and Sandy is with us.
05:00She's here, hi Sandy!
05:01Hi, how are you? Good to see you.
05:02Fly right in here with us, Sandy, good to see you.
05:04You had to take time out from showing the kids around. I see you brought your fan club with you today.
05:08I'm delighted to have just a little break, and so are the kids, obviously.
05:12Now, have they been here before, or is this their first time?
05:15No, this is maybe their tenth time. They've done Disneyland in Tokyo when I was doing my one and only there.
05:21They've been to L.A., their old hats. They showed me where to go at this point.
05:24What's their favorite thing?
05:26Mikey likes the Dumbo ride.
05:28Oh, the Dumbo.
05:29The Dumbo ride, and Jeffrey, I think probably his favorite ride at this point is Small World.
05:35Wow. Fifteen years ago is, of course, the birthday party we're all celebrating here.
05:40How were you involved, or were you involved, fifteen years ago when Disney World opened?
05:44They opened, as a matter of fact, on a weekend that I was invited to.
05:47They had a big celeb weekend, and I had my tickets to come and everything. I was excited.
05:51And they found out that very week that I had a tumor behind my left eye, and I had to go in for surgery,
05:56and I did not get to come to the opening.
05:58So, may I tell you that to be here fifteen years later with two healthy kids and a happy life is a real nice anniversary for me as well.
06:07I know they're glad to have you here and be part of this celebration.
06:09We got a little dunk in history here.
06:11I think the three of us ought to turn back the clock and really take a look at the history before this place was even opened.
06:17Let's do.
06:18In fact, it was a dream.
06:19As you can see on this master plan, the theme park and all the other tourist facilities fill just one small area of our enormous Florida project.
06:28According to this scale, I am six miles tall.
06:33Now, that's twelve miles from here up to here, and the whole area encompasses 27,400 acres.
06:43Walt Disney now had something to match his dreams, Elbow Room.
06:47With an area twice the size of Manhattan, Disney could build and expand without limit.
06:53But tragically, Walt Disney died in December 1966, long before those dreams could be realized.
07:01Walt's brother Roy took the reins and began implementing the ideas Walt had described so enthusiastically,
07:08building a full-sized magic kingdom and laying the foundations for a futuristic world community.
07:14Roy dedicated the park to the memory of Walt on October 25th, 1971.
07:20Walt Disney World is a tribute to the philosophy and the life of Walter Elias Disney.
07:28Work immediately began on the experimental prototype community of tomorrow, Epcot.
07:34Epcot epitomized the Disney philosophy, excitement and exploration in beautiful surroundings and always in a constant state of becoming.
07:44The man is gone, but the dreams of that young cartoonist from Kansas City push boldly toward the 21st century and beyond.
07:52Your dreams come true.
08:03This very familiar and impressive site is Spaceship Earth.
08:06It really is the symbol of Epcot Center. It's the experimental prototype community of tomorrow.
08:11Hey, and coming up in just a couple of seconds here, Joe Namath and Kathleen Turner plus five, count them, five great musical acts performing.
08:18Buddy Rich, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Crystal Gale and the Miami Sound Machine.
08:22They're performing in concert here at Walt Disney World.
08:25Some days are a crisis for carpets.
08:28Oops.
08:29Oh, no.
08:30Oh, bleep.
08:31Oh, sorry.
08:33So, Godfrey's have just released a fantastic batch of late model used Electrolux that cope with every crisis.
08:40Features include double filtered air, easy moving wheels, dust indicator and famous Electrolux suction.
08:46Godfrey's sale price is just $99, less a very special trade-in allowance.
08:51And that's not all.
08:52Look at these efficient optional extras like the turbo power head, which lifts embedded dirt and gives new life to carpet pile.
08:59Now, simply slide the shampoo unit on your Electrolux to foam away marks and spills.
09:03And if that isn't tempting enough, Godfrey's offer this optional spray gun, which makes repainting easy on difficult objects.
09:10Yes, this superb late styled Electrolux can be yours for only $99 or much less with your trade-in at Godfrey's.
09:16Hawthorne Road, Caulfield South, Maroondah Highway, Ringwood and branches near you.
09:21And remember, cleanliness is next to Godfreyness.
09:25Having no front fence requires two things.
09:29A love of small children and large dogs.
09:34We called ARC Fence for their free catalogue.
09:38It's full of all kinds of beautiful fences, plus mix and match options for posts and gates.
09:42We choose the ARC Garden Fence.
09:46And suddenly, we realised...
09:48We do love small children and large dogs.
09:51Call ARC Fence now for a free measure and quote.
09:55It's Sire's all in, all out sale.
09:58All two-piece suits out at $139.
10:01$139.
10:02Hurry, limited stocks.
10:04All six-way wool blend suits out at $199.
10:07That's madness.
10:08All weavers and sports coats out at $99.
10:10Value.
10:11All sports trousers in stock out at $32.
10:13Be quick.
10:14Sports shirts only $15.
10:16Buy Australian business shirts $10.50.
10:20Buying's believing at Sire's.
10:26To enjoy a crisp German-style wine, you don't have to visit Germany.
10:31Kaiserstuhl Black Forest.
10:34The flavour of Europe, right here in Australia's Barossa.
10:44You get two parks here at Walt Disney World.
10:46The Magic Kingdom, which is symbolised by Cinderella's castle at the end of Main Street.
10:51And now, three miles about that way to Epcot Centre and Lisa.
10:58Whoa, leaping lizards, as Batman Robin used to say.
11:02Mickey, he tells me that this is one of the most popular parts of the park because of this leaping fountain.
11:07People love to come here.
11:08This is a section called Journey Into Imagination.
11:11This, by the way, is where Michael Jackson's big new film Captain EO is playing.
11:15It's terrific.
11:16But, Mickey, is Michael Jackson sort of a, I don't know, is he a threat to you?
11:19Is he competition?
11:20Mickey, I'm sorry.
11:21I was kidding.
11:22Of course, you're my favourite superstar.
11:24Let's take a look at a movie preview, alright?
11:26We've got a film called Clockwise to show you.
11:28It stars John Cleese.
11:29It opens Friday.
11:30It's about a very British schoolmaster who finds himself late for an appointment one day.
11:34He hitches a ride with two women and that's where things get a little bit sticky.
11:38So, with that in mind, Mickey, what do you say?
11:40Let's go off to the movies.
11:41After you.
11:42Whoa, look out.
11:45Now, I wanted to be in Norwich at three to greet everyone as they arrive.
12:09I can't be there at three.
12:10So, instead, I want to be there at five in time to deliver my speech.
12:16This is how mankind has evolved from the primeval slime.
12:20By adapting to circumstances.
12:22We can't go forwards, so we'll go backwards instead.
12:26Put it in reverse for her, Laura.
12:28I'll push.
12:29Right.
12:30Right.
12:32Right.
12:47No.
12:50Stay here.
12:52Don't move.
13:01There are movies playing all around Walt Disney World.
13:29But moviegoers everywhere are talking about Captain EO, which is playing right here.
13:34Just how good really is Captain EO and how good is Michael Jackson?
13:38Well, our own 3D movie reviewer, Leonard Moulton, has reviews of Captain EO plus four other movies playing around the country.
13:46Leonard?
13:48Rob and Lisa, I like Captain EO.
13:50And, of course, what makes it so much fun is seeing it in 3D.
13:53And especially rigged theater.
13:55Captain EO isn't just a film.
13:57It's an experience.
13:58It's special effects that happen live, not just on screen.
14:01Plus, there's Michael Jackson doing what Michael Jackson does best.
14:05And a lot of glitzy high-tech hardware.
14:08Nothing intellectual here, but a lot of fun.
14:10And it rates a nine.
14:12The name of The Rose is taken from a very intellectual novel.
14:15But at the core, it's a detective story that happens to be set in a 14th century abbey.
14:20Sean Connery is terrific.
14:22And the story is very interesting.
14:24But the film, I'm afraid, is long and plodding.
14:27So we wind up with a six.
14:29Tough Guys gives us two bona fide movie stars, Kirk Douglas and Burt Lancaster,
14:34in a script that gets sillier as it goes along.
14:37This is really juvenile, predictable stuff.
14:40Though it's great to watch Kirk and Burt together, so I'm giving this a six.
14:45The Boy Who Could Fly is an uneasy balance between domestic drama and fantasy.
14:49How'd you get in here?
14:51But it's so appealing that it's hard to dislike.
14:53And the performance is our first rate, so it scores a seven.
14:57Crocodile Dundee is the nicest surprise of the season.
15:00A really sweet comedy with elements of romance and adventure,
15:04starring that popular Aussie, Paul Hogan.
15:06Michael J. Crocodile Dundee.
15:08What a lot of fun.
15:10Good-natured comedy with a touch of whimsy that rates an eight.
15:14Judging from this comedy, Hollywood could take a tip from our mates down under.
15:18That's our weekend movie wrap-up.
15:20I'm Leonard Maltin, Entertainment This Week.
15:22Leonard, I wish you were here with us right now.
15:24We're back in front of the living seas at Disney World.
15:26You remember earlier in the show, we made our scuba debuts on national television.
15:30Yeah, we were great there, ten feet underwater.
15:32I'm not going back in, I'm not getting wet,
15:34but there is six million gallons of seawater in there,
15:36not to mention enough fish to fill the ocean,
15:38plus Lisa's good friend, the sharks.
15:41The sharks, yes.
15:42Well, one time qualifies you to be a real trooper anyway, Rob.
15:44Thank you, all right.
15:45A real trooper is our next subject,
15:47a big star that we've got an interview coming up with.
15:49She really has put her life on the line.
15:51Really, a lot of perilous duties she's had in the line of acting.
15:54One-on-one with Mary Hart, Kathleen Turner.
16:03Kathleen Turner made a sizzling screen debut in Body Heat,
16:07playing the consummate femme fatale.
16:09Then she spoofed that image in The Man with Two Brains.
16:12In Romancing the Stone, Turner showed more versatility,
16:15playing a mousy romance novelist.
16:17In Crimes of Passion,
16:18she played one of the most theatrical prostitutes ever seen on screen.
16:22Next, a female hit person in Preetsy's Honor.
16:26Now in her latest film, Peggy Sue Got Married,
16:29Turner plays a character unlike all the others,
16:32a 43-year-old woman who goes back to the age of 18
16:35with a chance to change her destiny.
16:37And what's the meaning of this, Peggy Sue?
16:40Well, Mr. Snellgrove,
16:43I happen to know that in the future,
16:45I will not have the slightest use for algebra.
16:47And I speak from experience.
16:52The first thing that comes to mind
16:54when I think about the five years of film
16:56that you have done, Kathleen,
16:57is what a variety of roles.
16:59Yeah, aren't they great?
17:00Have you really carefully picked each role
17:02and is there a plan to it all?
17:04No, I can't honestly say there's a plan.
17:06I would like to take credit for that, but I can't.
17:08It's really, I think it's more that when I do one kind of role,
17:12I'm immediately attracted to a sort of opposite.
17:14You know, when I've done a nice girl,
17:16I want to do an awful girl.
17:17And when I've done an awful girl,
17:18I really have no desire to do her again.
17:20I think just when you've done one woman,
17:23you're just not interested in her again.
17:25You really look for something out of line.
17:27But it's something that a lot of actors are afraid to do.
17:30They're afraid to make that stretch
17:32and break out of the mold.
17:33Well, it is, but that's because
17:35that doesn't seem to bother me that much.
17:38I just, I'm kind of more interested
17:40in exploring people's reactions
17:42than knowing that they'll accept what I do.
17:45What do you think is the most memorable scene
17:47of all your movies that people identify you with?
17:49Well, I gotta say, I think it's the one in Body
17:51where they break open, when Hurt breaks open the window.
17:57I've read someplace where you said
17:59that you felt everybody could be sexy and sexy.
18:01Oh yeah, I do, I do.
18:03I really think it's how you feel about yourself.
18:05I always have.
18:06I mean, there are certainly days
18:08that I think one feels better or worse.
18:10And there are nights when one feels glorious,
18:13depending, of course, on the circumstances.
18:15But I don't think it's a question of makeup or hair or clothing.
18:19I think it's really how you feel.
18:22Yeah. At what point did you realize it worked for you?
18:25Well, I didn't used to think I was very attractive.
18:29And in fact, for many years,
18:31I'm not sure I was throughout high school and stuff.
18:33I don't know.
18:34I run into kids from high school now in London
18:36and they tell me that I was just so stupid, I didn't know.
18:40But in college, guys started telling me,
18:44you know, God, your legs, and oh, yeah, this, and ooh, that.
18:48And I started to believe them, you see,
18:50because it's nice to believe people when they say nice things.
18:53And so then you start sort of emphasizing these.
18:56But I realized that for years I had the same assets
18:58and didn't feel the same way about them at all.
19:00So obviously it's attitude.
19:02A lot of people get bent out of shape.
19:04I mean, the ego gets out of control,
19:06and ultimately a lot of people become very unhappy
19:09with the kind of success that you're experiencing
19:11and will continue to experience.
19:13How do you keep that under control?
19:16Hmm. I think a lot of it is not thinking of yourself
19:21as sort of the third-person actor star.
19:24I found a few years ago,
19:26and I think I said this somewhere,
19:28that you start to think of yourself as Kathleen Turner.
19:33Instead of just me, oh, you, okay, you.
19:36And when you start to objectify yourself
19:41and get a distance in the way that other people come up and see you,
19:45you know, you're a capital K, capital T Kathleen Turner.
19:49This is a false image, and you can't take it home with you.
19:53Otherwise, you know, you're really, what are you doing?
19:55You're talking to yourself. I mean, what is this?
19:57So I think you have to learn to stay away from that
20:00and not to see yourself through anybody else's eyes,
20:03not to become an idea of yourself given to you by other people.
20:06That's dangerous.
20:08From schoolgirl to superstar.
20:11Samantha Fox is now the world's number-one pin-up girl.
20:15Two years ago, I was at school, and now, look at me.
20:18For the first time on television, Channel 10 dares to tell her story.
20:21Where I lie, my belly and my bum showing, but nothing else.
20:24She was a working-class girl with a first-class body
20:27who now earns $10,000 a week.
20:29Will you kiss me on the cheek for life? Thank you.
20:31The Samantha Fox story.

22:40What is it about these incredible magic rings
22:43that's leaving everybody spellbound?
22:46Is it to do with their colours, numbers and signs?
22:50Or perhaps it's that strange clicking sound
22:52that will rotate magic rings
22:54in a vain attempt to solve this incredible puzzle
22:58Of course, there's only one real way
23:00to find out the magic of magic rings, isn't there?
23:08How much did you weigh the public reaction
23:11and the industry reaction
23:12when you decided to do Crimes of Passion?
23:14Oh, yeah, yeah
23:15Well, I was kind of submerged by my personal fears
23:18I was just, I just got engaged at that point
23:21Yeah
23:22And my husband, now my husband, then my fiancƩ
23:25wasn't overwhelmingly joyful about my doing that character
23:30So that was more important to me at that time
23:32his reaction than anyone else's
23:34which probably was a great thing
23:35because it kept me from getting scared
23:37How did he react when he saw it?
23:39He understood
23:41He did understand?
23:42Yeah, I mean, it's not his favourite show
23:44But he certainly thinks it's good work
23:47Yeah
23:48Do you think now that you've been married
23:49for what, two years?
23:50It'll be two years in two weeks
23:51Time goes fast
23:52I know
23:53Good two years?
23:54Oh, great
23:55Great, really
23:56Yeah
23:57I recommend marriage highly
23:58Do you really?
23:59Yeah, I do
24:00Well, you were single for a long time
24:01Always
24:02And I suppose you hit the dating scene
24:03No, I couldn't handle that, actually
24:05I wasn't very good at that
24:06I would get terrified
24:09And I would end up calling up my date, you know, like at 6 o'clock
24:12and say, listen, you don't have to go to dinner
24:14It's okay, I'm a little tired
24:16and I really don't know how to
24:18So I always was trying to get out of them at the last minute
24:21I got scared
24:22Why did you get scared?
24:23Well, because I was
24:25I've really never been good at playing the field in a way
24:29I've always been, had
24:31I had one serious involvement for many years
24:34two years before I met my husband
24:36and that's my pattern
24:38I'm just not good at dating
24:40Was it more difficult for you too
24:42once you became a movie star?
24:44Well, I found that I was a bit of a challenge to men
24:47I would actually sort of encounter a sort of attitude
24:49that was like
24:50I think it was left over from Matty Walker in Body Heat
24:53where they would kind of go, so
24:54let's see you pull something on me
24:56Come on, come on
24:57And I would be, I haven't done anything yet
24:59So it was a little intimidating
25:01Jay must be very open-minded
25:03in your relationship
25:05and put up with a lot
25:07Well, it's not easy
25:08It's not at all easy, particularly for a man
25:11I mean, it would be difficult for me
25:14to be the spouse of someone
25:16who got as much attention as I get
25:18and I think particularly for a man
25:20it's very, very hard
25:21It feels like taking second place
25:23even if as much as the love is
25:25and as much as attention as you can pour into each other
25:28if you go out in the world
25:29and everybody knows one person's name
25:30and they don't know the other
25:32it's a little tough
25:34Why did you meet him in the first place?
25:37Well, actually, this is a good story
25:39Why are you laughing?
25:40Because it's funny
25:41He's, you know, he's in real estate
25:43Yeah
25:44And I'd come back from Romancing the Stone
25:46and I think I'd been on location that year
25:48about 11 months
25:49So I was subletting this hole
25:51on 57th Street in New York
25:53So an agent in my agency in New York
25:57said that she knew a guy in real estate
25:59who would help me find an apartment
26:01So he lined up all these apartments
26:03for me to look at one Sunday
26:05and to thank him, I took him to lunch
26:08I thought that was the least I could do
26:10to meet him after dragging him around the city
26:12And we talked until about 4 o'clock in the morning
26:16And then I saw him every single day after that
26:19Were you ready to be married at that time?
26:21Had you thought about it?
26:22I guess I was
26:23Well, I really didn't
26:24I actually thought I would never marry at that point
26:27I really didn't think any man would want to be part of my life
26:30But Jay was also about the only man I ever met
26:33that struck me as having the assurance
26:37to take his self-image from the person he was with
26:41So I figured it would work
26:43You bring up an important point
26:45And that is, you figured, well, maybe it would never happen
26:48because this is my career
26:51Do you feel that the career comes first?
26:54No, actually, I don't find a conflict like that
26:56I don't find that it has to be either or
26:58It's wonderful, it's fabulous
27:00to have something besides acting in my life
27:02because for years, I really didn't
27:04And if I wasn't working, I didn't know what to do with myself
27:07Now I have a home, I have a whole other life there
27:10and friends that I share with him
27:12So it's great, it's only added
27:14Well, it is great fun talking with you
27:16I'm energized
27:18Thanks, Kathleen, and good luck with everything
27:20Thank you
27:21This year is the 15th birthday of Walt Disney World
27:24a uniquely American institution
27:26It is also about to be the bicentennial
27:28of another uniquely American institution
27:30one of our most important, the Constitution
27:33With me is Chief Justice Warren E. Berger
27:36who is spearheading the bicentennial movement
27:39Now, how have you gone about tying in
27:41the bicentennial of our Constitution
27:43with Walt Disney World's 15th birthday?
27:46Because you've given us a big audience down here, frankly
27:50You've got thousands of journalists
27:53and we hope they'll go back home
27:55and tell some of these stories to their readers
27:57in their local television stations
27:59and that's really why we're here
28:02We're getting a free ride on Walt Disney
28:04whom I had the pleasure to know
28:06slightly many, many years ago
28:08What would happen if we tried to
28:10rewrite our Constitution today?
28:13I don't think we should try
28:15We've got a very good Constitution
28:17It's worked for 200 years
28:18longer than any other Constitution in history
28:21It isn't perfect, nothing human
28:24A human is perfect
28:26but it's the best one ever devised
28:28with division of powers, separation of powers
28:31checks and balances
28:32and that's what's made it work
28:34That's the genius of it
28:35Always a good reminder
28:37Always a good reminder
28:38Lisa, I'm going to throw it back to you
28:40Take it
28:41If you've got a camera
28:42you'll feel right at home around here
28:44because for the birthday bash
28:45there's something like 5,000 media people
28:47They're calling this the world's largest media event
28:49as a matter of fact
28:50Lots to take pictures of
28:51This is the American Adventure
28:53Whole bunch of history going on here
28:55I'd like to get it
28:56but there seems to be something wrong with my camera
28:58and I don't understand it
28:59They say these are idiot-proof and everything
29:01Mickey Mouse! Mickey!
29:02Hi!
29:03Thank you
29:04Oh my, what a ladies' man
29:05Can you help me?
29:06I'd like to get a picture
29:07but something is the matter
29:09Oh, the lens cover
29:10I had it covered, of course
29:12Hey, listen
29:13Can you get me in it
29:14if I stand right here, Mick?
29:15Okay, how's that?
29:16Cheese!
29:17Got it?
29:18Great
29:19Thank you, Mickey
29:20Hey, we hope you'll stay with us
29:21because we've got a lot more coming up
29:23a lot of show
29:24We've got Joe Namath
29:25Toto

32:14at the Magic Kingdom
32:15in the town square
32:16you see tons of families everywhere
32:18This is a lot of fun
32:20We're about to meet a guy
32:21who recently became a family man
32:23and it shocked all of America really
32:25When Joe Namath got married
32:27he married a lovely lady named Debra
32:29They had the cutest little girl
32:30and he has certainly settled into family life
32:33They call Florida right here their home
32:35It's incredible
32:36He's turned into so much of a family man
32:38he's even turned into an author
32:40about families and sports
32:42as a matter of fact about parents
32:43and how their kids should get into sports
32:45I had a chance to talk with him
32:46and meet that cute little girl
32:47when they were at their home
32:49He's been quarterback Joe
32:54Broadway Joe
32:58and Joe the womanizer
33:00but now it's Joe the husband and father
33:03and the only women in his life
33:04are his 11-month-old daughter Jessica
33:06and his actress wife Debra
33:10She's not allowed to kiss any football players
33:12except me, I'm the only one
33:14I thought I was in love before
33:16but I certainly was wrong
33:18It's certainly not the kind of love
33:19that I have toward Debra
33:21and now Jessica as well
33:24I was just lucky
33:25It's just worked out perfectly so far
33:27We haven't had an argument or a quarrel
33:30in the couple of few years that we've been married
33:33and Jessica is now the most delightful young lady
33:38I've ever been around along with Debra
33:40Debra, are there things that you've learned about Joe
33:43that the public might be shocked to learn about?
33:46Oh, I think yes
33:48I mean, I think that Joe has just had
33:50such a different image
33:52The image that I read about
33:55is a far cry from Joe
33:57Even doing this interview
34:00Joe knows how to become something
34:03that he must become for business
34:05but Joe could sit at a dinner for an hour
34:08and not say a word
34:09I've often reflected and thought of myself
34:12as a little puppy dog
34:13You ever see how a puppy dog reacts
34:14when he gets out
34:15He just starts running all over the place
34:17having a good time
34:18and then the big old dog
34:19come walk along, mature
34:21Well, I'm kind of like the mature dog now
34:23or in between
34:24I take my time
34:25I don't get out and get into things
34:27the way I used to
34:28Your image is very closely tied with your career
34:31and your image has certainly been
34:33very much that of a sex symbol
34:35Now that you're married
34:36how has that affected your image
34:38and how do you think
34:39that's going to affect your career?
34:41Well, it has affected a career in a sense
34:44A couple of companies that I work with already
34:46have declined to use me
34:47or said that my image has changed
34:50because I'm a married man now
34:52no longer single and available
34:54and I think availability
34:55does have something to do
34:56with being a sex symbol
34:58realistically, you know
34:59Namath is no longer being used
35:01as a spokesman for FabergƩ
35:03and has been removed from the booth
35:05on Monday Night Football
35:07Those things have certainly been
35:09disappointments, I suppose
35:11Does your ego bruise easily?
35:13No, it doesn't bruise easily
35:14but it bruises
35:15I mean, I felt very disappointed
35:18in not doing the Monday Night Football again
35:22The part of not being used by FabergƩ
35:26for the last couple of years
35:27because of my marriage
35:28I think is kind of silly
35:30That's their problem and not ours
35:32Both of you have acting aspirations
35:35How do you decide
35:36whose career gets the attention?
35:39That's it, Court Pitt
35:41I've had a pretty good run of things
35:43Now it's her turn
35:44She's entitled to the spotlight
35:45I'd go right out and go for it
35:48Now we're going to talk
35:49to the real authorities
35:51about Walt Disney World
35:52and I'm not talking
35:53fancy high-priced marketing consultants
35:55No, I'm talking about the guys
35:57who really know
35:58what Disney World is all about
36:00like my friend Danny
36:01Hi, Danny

36:41and Snow Mountain

37:36the exotic world
37:37of China
37:39How's that for a look
37:40around the world?
37:41Not bad, huh?
37:42Just to prove that it's possible
37:43let's go across the lagoon
37:44to Lisa
37:45who is standing
37:46right in China
37:50Being the world traveler
37:51that I have become
37:52here at Disney World
37:53I've already checked out
37:54the Great Wall
37:55been all through
37:56the exotic Orient
37:57and had a fabulous
37:58Chinese meal
37:59complete of course
38:00with a fortune cookie
38:01Let's see what it says here
38:03Ah, it says here
38:04that the Grammy winning
38:05rockers known as Toto
38:06have a new album
38:07a new tour
38:08and a new lead singer
38:10Wow
38:11Honorable Bobby Columby

38:27including Best Record
38:28of the Year for Rosanna
38:29and Best Album of the Year
38:34Fond memory
38:35Really fond memory
38:36It was an honor
38:37Great honor to have
38:38gotten that
38:39I still really don't
38:40actually believe
38:41that it actually really happened
38:42Their mom was like
38:43No, it didn't really happen
38:49But since then
38:50Toto has been
38:51in something of a slump
38:52Now they're back
38:53trying to recapture
38:54that intangible quality
38:55that led to their past glory
39:04It was like
39:05orchestral violence
39:06is the only way
39:07I can put it
39:08you know
39:09and it grooved too
39:10so it had everything
39:11I liked
39:12and great vocals
39:18Toto's new album
39:19Fahrenheit
39:20features a new lead singer
39:21Joseph Williams
39:23He's the son
39:24of renowned composer
39:25John Williams
39:26I'll explain it this way
39:27you know
39:28their first album
39:29was what I used to like
39:30hold up to my dad
39:31and go see
39:33What was your reaction
39:34when you were asked

39:46the dream
39:47so I mean
39:48I got right in the car
39:49and went
39:50over to Jeff's
39:51It was great
39:57How do you think
39:58your audience
39:59will react
40:00to a third lead singer?
40:01I don't know
40:02but you know
40:03if the record
40:04does really well
40:05it looks like
40:06it's going to do well

40:36so people are accepting it
40:37you know
40:38Whatever they'll have us

44:02How important are doing
44:03those classic songs
44:04to a set?
44:06We could've gone
44:07without doing those
44:08songs give me a reason
44:10let's be for real
44:11that's the Four Tots
44:12that's what the people
44:13love about the Four Tops
44:14as long as they love it
44:15we gonna give it to them
44:16we come...
44:17...and we're tickled
44:18to death that they do
44:19That's right
44:20One more time
44:21I can't help
44:22I swear
44:23I love you
44:24The music continues. Let's go to Crystal Gale at the Tomorrowland Terrace.
44:55I really didn't know how the crowd would be, and I was a little apprehensive, and they were just wonderful.
45:02I mean, you couldn't ask for a better crowd.
45:04I'd say you had a terrific response on Cry, off your new album.
45:08You know, that song, it's a special song, and I guess because it was a hit at one time for Johnny Ray,
45:14and several people in the past have recorded it, but it's just a wonderful song.
45:18It's a song that has a lot of meaning in different ways.
45:22For me, every time I sing, it's to let your hair down and go out and cry.
45:26I almost want to laugh at that part.
45:29If your heart aches deep, you'll hang around tomorrow
45:43And your blue, little blue world
45:50With each song
45:57The sun shines down on the bar
46:04Behind the cloudy sky
46:09So let your hair down
46:14And go out and cry
46:21So let your hair down
46:26And go out and cry
46:40And now, over to Cinderella's Castle with Liza and the Miami Sound Machine.
46:46Too much at stake, and I don't want to blow it
46:51I'm making mistakes that I can't afford to make
46:55I'm so overworked, starting to show it
46:59Gotta take a break, because I lose my mind
47:03Follow me
47:06Follow me
47:07Follow me
47:11Follow me
47:14Follow me
47:15Follow me
47:33What about this husband-wife act on the road?
47:36It's tough enough traveling with a band, but being married?
47:40It's great, because I think when I host my wife together and fight for something,
47:44it's great, because you get to love the person a little more.
47:47You work hard together, and I think it's worked out great for us,
47:50because we have very similar tastes besides the work.
47:53We have the same hobbies, same thing.
47:55And we get along real good. It just happened to work, and we're very happy.
47:58Music makes me move my body
48:01Makes me move my soul
48:03Makes me move my soul
48:06Is there something about playing here to a homestay crowd that makes it extra sweet for you?
48:11It does, and it's special because this is our last concert of the year,
48:14so it's great to come home after all this traveling
48:16and be able to do something for the hometown crowd.
48:18It felt great, besides all the people that came from outside Florida.
48:21But it was wonderful. I love it.
48:23All right, there's music going on all over the park, as you know, right now.
48:26We're going to take time out for a commercial break,
48:28but we'll be right back with Buddy Rich and the Temptations.
48:32The world's biggest straw-necked ibis rookery here in northern Victoria is under threat.
