Whether it’s served with chips or a fork, this ceviche is one of the summer’s best dishes. In this video, Chloe makes a fresh and delicious shrimp ceviche recipe using poached shrimp and citrusy fruit juice. Unlike other ceviche recipes that “cook” the meat in an acidic marinade, the shrimp is cooked before being chopped and combined with crunchy chopped veggies and herbs.

00:04cleaned the bowl. You don't have to worry about raw shrimp in this recipe because we're poaching
00:08it in salt water before giving it a rough chop. Then prep our veggies. This has a peeled and
00:12seeded cucumber. It's got red onion and jalapeno for a little bit of heat. Go ahead and keep the
00:17seeds or not here. Cook's choice. Then fresh chopped tomato and some fresh chopped avocado.
00:23Then this has so much amazing citrus. It's got lime, lemon, and orange. Fresh cilantro. Then go

00:33veggies and herbs together. Season with a little bit of salt and eat this on its own or with a
