00:46Country Awards. The singer-songwriter decided to go business casual, but with a twist — a
00:51blazer with feather embellishments on her wrists. To add to the confusing look were
00:56giant 80s shoulder pads that would have Melanie Griffith's character in Working Girl green
01:00with envy.
01:04We hate to put Shania Twain on the worst dress list as the host of the People's Choice Country
01:08Awards, but we just can't look past her denim red carpet look. Evening wear made out of
01:13jeans is always going to be a risky choice, and unfortunately, her outfit looks like something
01:18that might have featured in Mars Attacks if Wrangler was one of the corporate backers.
01:23With the large collared halter top over a mermaid skirt worn with matching arm warmers,
01:28Twain's look was definitely a don't.
01:31Lana Scott may have gotten a standing ovation from all four coaches while on The Voice,
01:35but we're not turning our chairs for her People's Choice Country Awards outfit. The floral print
01:39was not only dizzying, but the black knee-high boots were way too casual for an awards show,
01:45and the heart-shaped purse looked like something she picked up at a Sanrio store. Her hairstyle
01:49for the evening was on point, but the rest of the ensemble couldn't keep up.
01:54Halloween may be coming up, but Mackenzie Porter was a good month too early for the
01:58festivities. We get that ladies love a good French maid costume, but the 2024 People's
02:03Choice Country Awards is not the time and place. Most celebs wear denim and cowboy boots,
02:08but the Misfit Paradise singer said,
02:10Non Monsieur to all of that. On the bright side, she matched Tanner Adele perfectly.

02:25See-through clothing has been in as of late, but there are certain styling mistakes to
02:29avoid when trying to nail the sheer trend, one being skin-tight silhouettes. Unfortunately,
02:34Priscilla Black didn't get that memo. Her nude bodysuit would have looked much more on
02:38point if the shape was more loose and flowing. Her wide belt didn't do much to add to her
02:43fit, and for some reason, the design featured a weird line down her middle. We're not even
02:48going to address her snooky hairdo, because that's for another time and place.
02:53Country star Hannah Dasher is known for her Dolly Parton-like Texas hair, but all we could
02:57see upon her arrival at the People's Choice Country Awards was her oh-so-wrong fit. Whether
03:02it was her blue and white Western shirt tied at the waist or bootcut jeans, Dasher was
03:06dressed more for dinner at Long John Silver's than an event at the Grand Ole Opry. At least
03:11her sparkly gold shoes were fit for the blue carpet.
03:15While the People's Choice Country Awards isn't as dressy as the Grammys, we think Lowell
03:19and Nate Ferraro could have tried a bit harder. The two rolled up looking like they'd just
03:23thrown whatever was hanging over their bedpost and called an Uber to the event. Not even
03:28the ruffles in Lowell's jeans dressed up her outfit enough for the blue carpet, and her
03:32denim patchwork hat just added insult to injury.
03:35And a black tank top? We can't even.
03:38Was Kylie Morgan on her way to an audition for Dancing with the Stars? It sure seemed
03:42like it. She donned a bedazzled red-off-the-shoulder gown featuring a thigh-high split to pose
03:47on the blue carpet at the People's Choice Country Awards, and somehow looked totally
03:51out of place at the event. Instead of crooning I Only Date Cowboys, Morgan looked ready to
03:56dance the samba.
