00:00In Peshawar's Sakhani, the famous way of making Kheer is to take 180 grams of broken basmati rice and soak it for 30 minutes.
00:07Now add 5 cups of water and boil it for 10-12 minutes.

00:13We will take some milk from it and grind it in the cooled rice.
