Urban warfare could be as dangerous as being in a battle zone. This was discovered by a group of young idealistic new graduates from the police academy who were unjustly sent to prison because they refused to condone the corruption in the force. A rich man who shared their vision decided to do something about their situation. While on the way to the penitentiary he had them kidnapped and then told them of his dream. After undegoing training under foreign experts he sent them out to clear the big city of criminal elements.
