The Lyricist Wannabe is a 2023 Hong Kong drama film directed and written by Norris Wong Yee-lam (黃綺琳) and starring Said Chung Suet Ying (鍾雪瑩), Eric Kot Man-fai (葛民輝), Anson Chan Ngai-san (陳毅燊), Amy Tang Lai-ying (鄧麗英), Sabrina Ng Ping (吳冰), Chu Pak Hong (朱栢康), Ernest Poon Chung-hau (潘宗孝) and Yukki Tai Yu-qi (戴玉麒) in lead roles. The film is the first motion picture to be about Cantopop lyric writing, with Said taking on the lead and titular role as a student with frustrated aspirations to become a lyricist.

Uniquely talented high-school student Law Wing-sze (Said), who believes that writing Cantopop is her God-given talent, is determined to pursue her dreams and make a name for herself. Yet, as hard as Wing-sze tries to refine her lyric writing skills, handle rejection and draw inspiration from her personal experiences, nothing seems to go her way. Despite a series of failures, she's not one for giving up on following her heart.
