00:01:16Mushroom Vodka.
00:01:17Oh, it tastes amazing.
00:01:18Oh.
00:01:19Yeah.
00:01:20So natural.
00:01:21Yeah.
00:01:22It tastes like Alaska basically.
00:01:23Yeah.
00:01:24Cheers.
00:01:25Yeah.
00:01:26Ah.
00:01:27So, at work, it was a rather busy day, and, um, so during my lunch hour, every time I
00:01:53Actually, I have shortened the lunch hour.
00:01:55It was not one full hour.
00:01:57It was like 45 minutes.
00:01:59Okay?
00:02:00But, so I drove to a park, Lake Lucille Park.
00:02:06Such a beautiful lake.
00:02:08Full color, right?
00:02:10Ah, and the lake.
00:02:13Blue sky, cloud.
00:02:17Yeah, I ran a little bit, and also walked around.
00:02:21What a great therapy, right?
00:02:23From all the stress from work.
00:02:25Yeah, for like 45 minutes.
00:02:27Of course, I had to drive there, just like 10 to 15 minutes.
00:02:32And I had to drive back, again, about 15 minutes.
00:02:37So, yeah, I guess I was in the park for like 15 minutes.
00:02:40Made a whole difference.
00:02:42Right?
00:02:43Yeah.
00:02:44Yeah.
00:02:52Yeah.
00:02:53Nature.
00:02:55Very therapeutic.
00:02:57Yeah, the scent of like fermenting fallen leaves, and also the scenery of trees fall.
00:03:05Not trees, but tree leaves falling.
00:03:08And, uh, scenery and sometimes sounds of birds.
00:03:15Welcome, good evening.
00:03:17Yeah, welcome.
00:03:21Yeah.
00:03:23And...
00:03:32Sometimes, even tactile sense.
00:03:34As I run in the trail, sometimes I get to touch plants, like tree leaves or grass.
00:03:45Very soft.
00:03:47I really like that, you know?
00:03:48Yeah.
00:03:54Okay.
00:03:55Yeah, so.
00:03:59Yeah, great nature.
00:04:02But I'm sorry about this flooding, hurricane in eastern coast.
00:04:08My recommendation?
00:04:09Yeah.
00:04:10Any government or agency, official's recommendation?
00:04:14Evacuation.
00:04:15Okay?
00:04:16Yeah.
00:04:19It's too dangerous there.
00:04:21Okay?
00:04:22Yeah.
00:04:25Yeah, evacuation.
00:04:26Okay?
00:04:27Yeah, please.
00:04:29Yeah.
00:04:32I'll listen to government officials.
00:04:34If they recommend evacuation, I recommend people to evacuate.
00:04:39Okay?
00:04:40It's just too dangerous.
00:04:43Okay.
00:04:44Yeah, let's take five minutes break and let's talk about weather.
00:04:49Sure, yeah.
00:04:50Meteorology.
00:04:51Sure.
00:04:52Because it's important, okay?
00:04:54Yeah.
00:04:55Five minutes, okay?
00:04:57Yeah, welcome.
00:04:58Happy Friday.
00:04:59Mm-hmm.
00:05:00Very cool.
00:07:38Okay.
00:07:40We are back, we are coming back.
00:07:45Yeah, so natural disaster scenarios, what would I do as U.S. President hypothetically?
00:07:53Yeah.
00:07:54Yeah, I would use active duty military, not just National Guard, but active duty as well,
00:08:01as well as reservists, National Guard. I use US active duty military because the trend.
00:08:11I was in the US Army, E4 specialist, junior enlisted, electrician for helicopters.
00:08:18But every single US Army soldier, well, maybe I don't know about everybody, but
00:08:26our job was electrician for helicopters, okay? But it was mandatory that we learn CPR,
00:08:30cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Also, yeah, mouth-to-mouth.
00:08:38We have to learn it. We have to get re-certified, actually, okay?
00:08:42Why? Because we did get deployed to wars, and we did, okay? Afghanistan, okay? So,
00:08:51yeah, in a war zone, yeah, we may have to do CPR, okay? Yeah,
00:08:59we have to learn every one of those. We have to learn it, okay? Yeah.
00:09:02Yeah. Yeah. And some people blame, like, climate change, extreme weather.
00:09:17It could be, okay? Yeah, it could be that. Welcome. Yeah. Good evening. Yeah.
00:09:25Yeah. Yeah, thank you.
00:09:35Sure, sure, sure. Cheers, yeah. I was waiting till you said that, okay? Cheers, yeah.
00:09:48But the thing is this, okay? When it comes to hurricane, okay? I would like to conduct some
00:09:55if I was president, I would conduct some scientific experiment, okay?
00:09:59Before hurricane hits the land, when it's still in the ocean, what if we detonate some bomb in the
00:10:07middle of the hurricane? Would it worsen it or lessen it? Weaken it or strengthen it? Yeah,
00:10:14let's conduct some experiment when it's still in the ocean, okay? Safely, yeah. A bomb, like,
00:10:22full of salt, yeah. Or ice, whatever. Let's see what happens.
00:10:32But I think it's possible that we can neutralize hurricane in the ocean before it hits the land,
00:10:37okay? Yeah. So, we have solution for that. Yeah, sure. Cheers.
00:10:55So, hurricane trajectory is more or less predictable, okay? Yeah. Meteorologists,
00:11:00they do good work, okay? But when it comes to earthquake, is it predictable?
00:11:07Somewhat, okay? Young Alaskans will have earthquakes. Because earthquake is like spring.
00:11:16Hook's law, spring, okay? Yeah. It's like accumulation of this energy,
00:11:24the plate tectonics in geology, okay? So, the period is periodic, cyclic.
00:11:34Welcome. Good evening. Yeah, earthquake, big earthquake in Alaska happens like every 50 years,
00:11:42roughly. Yeah. So, it's more or less predictable, okay?
00:12:03So, what do they recommend when earthquake happens? Yeah, go under the table.
00:12:13Okay? Yeah. Because things may fall, like, furniture, okay? 2018, I think it was.
00:12:21Yeah, Wasilla, Alaska, well, Matsu Valley, also in Anchorage. South Central Alaska,
00:12:28a big earthquake. I think it was 2018, something like that. I was in my office,
00:12:33and I should have known better, okay? You know, I felt some earthquake tremor, and I thought it
00:12:39was not that serious, okay? But I should have gone under the desk right away. I didn't. So,
00:12:46I paid a price. It turned out to be a very serious, big earthquake, okay?
00:12:58So, I was in my office as a lawyer, and we have these bookcases, shelves, full of law books,
00:13:06wooden shelves. So, as earthquake intensified, the bookshelf
00:13:18next to the wall bounced off the wall and fell and hit my back. Ouch. No broken bundle.
00:13:27I exercised. My bones are strong, okay? But that was a big ouch, okay? And then I was like,
00:13:32oh my goodness, this is serious. So, I went under the table. It was a violent earthquake.
00:13:41Was I scared? Not really, because I don't really scare. I don't get scared, really, okay?
00:13:49But I was worried that I might die that day. I was concerned.
00:14:00But it eventually stopped, and all our office bookcases, they all fell.
00:14:06It took us days to restore it, clean it up, okay? It was a mess. Electrical
00:14:13service line went out. So, we had some emergency license, okay? Yeah, backup license system.
00:14:21Elevator stopped working because no electrical service, okay? So,
00:14:26some people trapped inside the elevator, okay? But some building people, tenants, yeah,
00:14:32they rescued them, okay? Yeah, great people. But I was not there, okay? Yeah.
00:14:37After the earthquake finally stopped, I walked very slowly. It was my
00:14:47backbone injury. But it was just a contusion, no broken bone, okay? Yeah. Yeah, I recovered
00:14:53after a couple of days, okay? So, yeah, I walked very slowly like an old man, okay,
00:14:59for a couple of days.
00:15:08But very fortunately, nobody died that day, okay?
00:15:11Some minor injuries, but it's just like I did.
00:15:19Yeah.
00:15:28Yeah. Welcome, welcome. Good evening. Yeah, welcome to Friday Night Long Queue. Happy
00:15:39Friday, yeah. Now, let's take five minutes break, okay? I need some vocal rest, okay?
00:15:43Yeah, welcome. Future leaders, mighty proud. Yeah, martial arts, education, current development,
00:15:48okay? Yeah, thank you. Yeah, future leaders, mighty proud. Yeah, five minutes break, please.
00:15:53I need some vocal rest, okay? Thank you. Welcome. Good evening, mighty proud future leaders.
00:18:44Okay, yeah. Now, back to natural disaster prevention, okay? Yeah, happy Friday.
00:18:53So, can we prevent earthquakes? Yeah.
00:18:58Welcome, future leaders, mighty proud. Yeah. By the way, yeah, welcome. My friend, you're a man,
00:19:09right? For men to be manly, you need to do some muscle exercise, like weightlifting,
00:19:17push-ups, sit-ups, okay? Martial arts as well, okay? Yeah. Yeah. For females, yeah,
00:19:28maybe not as much weightlifting, but martial arts for sure. Yeah, welcome, okay? Yeah.
00:19:35But for guys, yeah, you do need to do muscle exercise, okay? Yeah. Very important. Yeah, okay?
00:19:45Now, how can we prevent earthquakes? Okay, we need to understand how earthquakes work.
00:19:53It's plate tectonics, this movement of this mantle and this crust, which is caused by the magma.
00:20:08Yeah, the center of the earth is very hot. That's what makes this plate tectonics movement,
00:20:18okay? It's kind of science fiction, a little bit, but
00:20:28yeah, it's about geothermal energy, okay? So, yeah, geothermal energy,
00:20:35geothermal energy, yeah, if we cool down
00:20:45the center of the earth, it will not cause ice age, okay? Yeah.
00:20:58Even if we cool down the center of the planet earth, it will not cool down planet earth. It
00:21:04won't, okay? So, we don't need the center of planet earth to be hot at all. Actually,
00:21:13we need to cool down so that we prevent earthquakes, okay? Yeah. Cheers, yeah?
00:21:23Wow, multilingual friends. Yeah, Arabic, fantastic. Very proud of you. Yeah.
00:21:28MashaAllah, you're what God, Allah wants to see. You're fantastic. Yeah, yeah.
00:21:41Very cool. I know some Arabic, okay? Cheers. Yeah, I love you too. Yeah, thank you.
00:21:48Yeah. Also, be straight, okay? Yeah. Yeah, we don't allow LGBT here, okay? Yeah. Be straight,
00:22:00please. Okay? Thank you. And martial arts, very important. Education, career development.
00:22:08Fantastic. Yeah, we love all countries, okay? We love all people, okay? Yeah.
00:22:18Hmm? Okay. Yeah. So,
00:22:28geothermal energy, it does not produce any carbon dioxide,
00:22:35but I love fossil fuel though, okay? Yeah. I'm not worried about climate change, okay?
00:22:42But for those who are concerned, mostly Democrats, okay? Yeah, they're very concerned about
00:22:47climate change, okay? Yeah, we have geothermal energy, okay? How do we harness it?
00:22:53I mean, like, for example, like Hawaii, they have magma, right? Yeah, so boil the water with magma,
00:23:02heat, and turn the fan, turbine. Yeah, produce electricity.
00:23:08Yeah. We can do that in all places where there are earthquakes.
00:23:22Okay? Yeah.
00:23:28It will be an expensive project because we need to dig under the ground and, yeah.
00:23:35Oh, yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah. We love Saudi Arabia. Great country, okay? Yeah. Cheers.
00:23:44Thank you. Yeah. Yeah. Go to college, okay? Yeah. Get good college education, okay? Yeah.
00:23:51Oh, yeah. Yeah. Do good in school, okay? Yeah. Very important. And learn martial arts as well,
00:23:57okay? Yeah. Oh, yeah.
00:24:04Yeah. So, yeah, we need to dig under the ground and to reach the geothermal depth and then build a
00:24:19power plant using geothermal energy. Yeah. It's easy. Just boil the water,
00:24:26make it steam, okay? And rotate a turbine to generate electricity,
00:24:34okay? Generator, basically. Cheers. Yeah.
00:24:45Yeah.
00:24:46Yeah. Yeah, we achieve two goals. We'll prevent earthquakes and also we'll produce electricity.
00:25:00Yeah, from Democrats' point of view, yeah, clean energy, okay? But fossil fuel is very clean
00:25:05energy. It's very, very clean energy, okay? Because if we continue to use fossil fuel,
00:25:11yeah, the planet Earth will be greener because plants need carbon dioxide. It's their food.
00:25:18More carbon dioxide there, more plants on Earth, okay? Yeah. That's a real science.
00:25:26Good science, okay? Yeah. Cheers. True science.
00:25:29So, yeah. Yeah, go to college and get education and then maybe after that, get a job or
00:25:48you can also go to graduate school like master's, PhD, doctoral degrees and,
00:25:55yeah, or professional degrees or you may become a lawyer, doctor, business person like MBA,
00:26:04right? Yeah. Yeah. Get education and also you may decide to do arts, music, sports. Yeah,
00:26:17that's great, too. Yeah. It's all cool. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, there are multiple ways to success.
00:26:31Okay. Now, let's take five minutes break. I'm so full of rest, okay? Yeah. Welcome,
00:26:35friends. Good evening. Happy Friday. My proud. Five minutes, okay? Thank you.
00:31:15Okay.
00:31:23Okay, welcome to Black Bear Pack.
00:31:25And happy Friday and Good evening.
00:31:27Yeah.
00:31:28Thank you for joining us.
00:31:32Yeah.
00:31:33Hmm?
00:31:37Yeah, welcome.
00:31:39So, I mean, there are many different routes to success.
00:31:42Okay?
00:31:43Yeah.
00:31:43sometimes with college, without college, sometimes like vocational school
00:31:48they were cool. Yeah, hmm?
00:31:52Yeah.
00:31:54Oh, alcohol?
00:31:56Well, I'm very well educated when it comes to alcohol drinking from South Korea.
00:32:02I'm originally from South Korea, okay?
00:32:04Now I'm in Alaska, America, but I learned how to drink properly from my father.
00:32:09That's like Asian drinking culture, okay?
00:32:12Yeah, yeah, but thank you for your concern though, okay?
00:32:17Hmm?
00:32:20Yeah.
00:32:23Mm-hmm.
00:32:27Yeah, so...
00:32:33So, yeah, getting a job is also...
00:32:36It's like going to a college.
00:32:38Getting a job, yeah, you learn about job skill
00:32:41and how to interact with clients, patrons, customers, right?
00:32:45Yeah, social skill, communication skill, okay?
00:32:47Oh, yeah.
00:32:51Oh, alcohol? Don't worry, okay?
00:32:53Yeah, I've been drinking for decades, and I'm very healthy.
00:32:57And I'm 46, and I'm very, very healthy, okay?
00:33:02So, it's all cool, okay? Yeah.
00:33:04Yeah, thank you.
00:33:06Hmm?
00:33:07Shukran azlam.
00:33:08Hmm?
00:33:12Hmm?
00:33:13Yeah.
00:33:16Yeah.
00:33:20Mm-hmm.
00:33:27And, um...
00:33:29Mm-hmm, thank you.
00:33:32Yeah, so...
00:33:34So, continuing education,
00:33:36it could be with school or without school, okay?
00:33:41Well, I studied Arabic both inside of school.
00:33:45I took some classes when I was in Al-Bab, Michigan Law School, okay?
00:33:49During the one-summer semester, okay?
00:33:51Like, ten credits, maybe nine credits, okay?
00:33:54So, yeah, yeah, Afuan, yeah, yeah.
00:33:57Afuan, yeah.
00:33:59Hmm?
00:34:00Wait, I know.
00:34:01Yeah, I studied Arabic.
00:34:03Took some classes, and also on my own, too, yeah.
00:34:08Oh, yeah.
00:34:10Hmm?
00:34:12Yeah, beautiful language, yeah.
00:34:15Yeah, cheers, yeah.
00:34:19Hmm?
00:34:21Yeah.
00:34:24And, uh...
00:34:27Yeah, like, learning foreign language,
00:34:29foreign culture, their religions as well,
00:34:33it's an amazing experience, right?
00:34:35Yeah, education, right?
00:34:37Yeah.
00:34:38These days, you can learn foreign language on YouTube
00:34:41or other webpages, okay, for free, right?
00:34:44Yeah.
00:34:45Hmm?
00:34:47Yeah, and, uh...
00:34:50And I don't even need to travel.
00:34:53I can just go to my cell phone, internet webpage
00:34:56or foreign countries, right?
00:34:58And then read the articles
00:35:03and try to understand what they are saying
00:35:06in their language, right?
00:35:07Yeah.
00:35:08Hmm?
00:35:10Yeah.
00:35:11We are living in a very good age for self-education
00:35:14because we have cell phone, internet.
00:35:16You can learn everything there for free.
00:35:19Yeah.
00:35:20Cheers.
00:35:21Oh, yeah.
00:35:24Hmm?
00:35:26Very important.
00:35:27Yeah.
00:35:30Continuing education, right?
00:35:32Yeah.
00:35:33For happiness.
00:35:36Entertainment.
00:35:38Hmm?
00:35:39Oh, yeah.
00:35:40Mm-hmm.
00:35:42Yeah.
00:35:45Yeah.
00:35:46Like, I don't know much about YouTube, okay?
00:35:50Yeah.
00:35:51And I play, like, martial arts movie film clips
00:35:57in YouTube, right?
00:36:00Mostly, like, Chinese kung fu movie.
00:36:05Hong Kong classics, right?
00:36:07Like Jackie Chan, Sam Hong,
00:36:11Yuan Pao, right?
00:36:13Sometimes Bruce Lee, okay?
00:36:15Yeah.
00:36:16Hmm?
00:36:19Some of them, yeah.

00:36:54Hmm?
00:37:00Yeah, so.
00:37:01Yeah.
00:37:02Yeah, good night.
00:37:03Hmm?
00:37:04Yeah, mighty proud.
00:37:05Yeah.
00:37:08Yeah, fantastic.
00:37:09Yeah.
00:37:10Yeah.
00:37:14Yeah, so.
00:37:16Hmm?
00:37:18Like, martial arts is very easy, okay?
00:37:22Yeah.
00:37:23Yeah, just kicking and punching in the air
00:37:26without making any noise.
00:37:28Good exercise and very firm.
00:37:31Yeah.
00:37:33Oh, yeah.
00:37:35Martial arts education, okay?
00:37:37Very important.
00:37:39Yeah, it strengthens spirit, body, and mind, okay?
00:37:45And good exercise and entertainment.
00:37:47Now, time check.
00:37:52Yeah, it's been more than one hour.
00:37:54Okay.
00:37:55Very cool.
00:37:56Yeah.
00:38:00Oh, yeah.
00:38:02Good times.
00:38:05Yeah.
00:38:08Yeah.
00:38:11Yeah.
00:38:13Cheers, yeah.
00:38:22Yeah, I watch, like, YouTube, like, martial arts movie clips
00:38:27and then imitate their moves, learning by watching.
00:38:32Yeah, so.
00:38:33Hmm?
00:38:34Very easy, okay?
00:38:35Yeah.
00:38:38Yeah.
00:38:44Oh, yeah.
00:38:54Hmm?
00:38:59How nice.
00:39:09Yeah.
00:39:14Yeah.
00:39:18Cheers, yeah.
00:39:32Hmm?
00:39:39Yeah.
00:40:00So, as you practice and learn martial arts, right,
00:40:05it strengthens your soul, your spirit.
00:40:09Like, look, I'm not scared of anything whatsoever, okay?
00:40:14Yeah, I'm 46.
00:40:16I've been practicing martial arts for decades, okay?
00:40:19I learn from my friends, masters, from YouTube, okay?
00:40:26I'm not very good at it, okay?
00:40:29But I think I'm just okay with it.
00:40:32I'm just okay with it.
00:40:34Okay.
00:40:35But what matters is that you become a very spiritually strong person.
00:40:45Okay? Yeah.
00:40:53Okay? Yeah.
00:40:55My recommendation?
00:40:57Yeah, learn many different kinds of martial arts.
00:41:00Many different kinds, okay?
00:41:02You could karate, jujutsu, judo.
00:41:05Yeah.
00:41:06Xiaolong, okay?
00:41:08Taekwondo, Hwarangdo in Korea.
00:41:11And kung fu.
00:41:18Tai chi.
00:41:22From China.
00:41:24Or Muay Thai, kickboxing from Thailand.
00:41:28Right?
00:41:29Or it could be Western too, like wrestling, fencing, boxing.
00:41:34Fusilism, okay?
00:41:35And Daewooko, okay?
00:41:44Okay.
00:41:46Now, let's have five minutes break, okay? Thank you.
00:41:48Yeah, I'm cooking ramen noodle with hotdog sausages and some vegetables in the microwave, okay?
00:41:53Water bowl, plastic jar, okay?
00:41:54Very delicious and affordable and healthy.
00:42:02Yeah, ramen noodle, okay? Yeah.
00:42:04Five minutes, okay? Thank you.
00:42:06All right.
00:42:08Okay? Very cool.
00:42:10Yeah.
00:42:17Also very easy to cook, yeah?
00:42:24Okay.
00:43:54Okay.
00:43:55Okay.
00:44:23Okay.
00:44:24We are back.
00:44:25We are back.
00:44:30Yeah, we have some story time show.
00:44:31You can do that.
00:44:33Yeah.
00:44:38Yeah, so I was in the U.S. Army active duty service for four years, between 2009 and 2013, okay?
00:44:45Four year contract, okay?
00:44:47I joined the U.S. Army in 2009.
00:44:49I was 31 years old.
00:44:51Yeah, junior university, okay?
00:44:52So, okay, yeah.
00:44:54Welcome, yeah.
00:44:56Yeah.
00:44:57Cheers, yeah.
00:44:58Happy Friday, yeah.
00:45:04And we deported to Afghanistan in 2011, okay?
00:45:08But we are lucky.
00:45:09We deported to a very safe region in Afghanistan, okay?
00:45:12Yeah, and for one year.
00:45:15And we came back, okay?
00:45:17So, safely.
00:45:18Most of us, okay?
00:45:20So, but some other friends of mine, they deported to more dangerous places in Afghanistan, okay?
00:45:31They did suffer from PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder, okay?
00:45:36Because some of my friends in the U.S. Army actually saw combat.
00:45:39I didn't.
00:45:40Okay, and I was lucky, okay?
00:45:42I was inside of SOTAC one year, okay?
00:45:44One year, okay.
00:45:46But still, did I have PTSD?
00:45:52And my colleagues?
00:45:54Well, maybe just a little bit.
00:45:56Not from combat, because we didn't see any combat.
00:46:00We are lucky, okay?
00:46:04But still, yeah, one year deployment.
00:46:08It was tough, rough and tough.
00:46:10It was, okay?
00:46:13And so, where does this small amount of PTSD come from?
00:46:20Internal conflict.
00:46:22Office politics, okay?
00:46:25Yeah, between us, colleagues, and also between us and superiors, our sergeants, okay?
00:46:33Yeah, there was some conflict there, okay?
00:46:36Because we were all stressed out.
00:46:39Probably like 12 hours a day for six days a week.
00:46:45Yeah, so it was like 72 hours a week.
00:46:49Yeah, it was stressful, okay?
00:46:59It's kind of like metaphysical cannibalism, like we, same team, picking on each other.
00:47:08Yeah, there was a difficult part there, okay?
00:47:19But usually, minor PTSD, just office politics, okay?
00:47:25Yeah, we recovered after like a couple of weeks, okay?
00:47:31Later on, we kind of became best friends, okay?
00:47:34Reconciled after we came back from Afghanistan, 2012.
00:47:39After one year deployment, okay?
00:47:41Yeah, back to Fort Worth, Texas, okay?
00:47:43Yeah, no problem, okay?
00:47:52Yeah, I remember.
00:47:53Yep.
00:47:54Yeah.
00:48:03Yeah.
00:48:09Yeah, so...
00:48:11Yeah.
00:48:18So, probably like Monday through Saturday, six days a week, 12-hour shift, okay?
00:48:26Sometimes like midnight shift, nighttime, okay?
00:48:30Yeah, sure.
00:48:31We ran like 24 hours, okay?
00:48:33So, yeah, sometimes, yeah.
00:48:35They call it like graveyard shift, midnight shift, okay?
00:48:38Late-night shift.
00:48:39Yeah, we all did that sometimes, okay?
00:48:43Cheers, yeah.
00:48:51We were inside of a big international base, okay?
00:48:54And yeah, late at night, sometimes down time, where we are not busy.
00:49:02In the middle of the night, like 1 a.m., 11 p.m., okay?
00:49:07Yeah, it's kind of slow.
00:49:10What did I do then?
00:49:12Yeah, practicing martial arts.
00:49:17Outside of our shop and...
00:49:21Like Chinese kung fu, right?
00:49:25Yeah, freestyle.
00:49:28Kind of like solo dancing, okay?
00:49:31And some of my colleagues saw me doing kung fu.
00:49:36And later on, they told me,
00:49:40Yeah, Hongki Lee, okay, yeah, we saw you doing martial arts alone in the middle of the night, okay?
00:49:47We saw you doing that, but it was no good.
00:49:52It was no good.
00:49:54It was not good at all, okay?
00:49:57Okay.
00:50:02And I kind of agree with them, okay?
00:50:06Because I was not that good at that time.
00:50:09That's like 2011, 13 years ago, okay?
00:50:14But now I'm better, because I've been practicing it, okay?
00:50:18For more than a decade.
00:50:20From that point...
00:50:23Cheers, okay.
00:50:31Yeah.
00:50:36Yeah.
00:50:53So I do not disagree with my U.S. Army colleagues when they say to me,
00:50:58Hongki Lee, yeah, your martial arts is not that good.
00:51:01It's not good at all.
00:51:02I agree with them, okay?
00:51:03Because many times, my Army colleagues,
00:51:08actually, some of them are older than me by one year, two years, okay?
00:51:12And their martial arts were way better than mine.
00:51:15So I learned from them, okay?
00:51:18Yeah.
00:51:19Welcome, friends.
00:51:20Yeah.
00:51:21Oh, yeah, so...
00:51:23Yeah, I humbled myself.
00:51:25Oh, yeah, so you are saying your martial arts is better than mine.
00:51:29Teach me.
00:51:30Teach me.
00:51:32And they did teach me.
00:51:34I learned from them, okay?
00:51:35Because their martial arts were way better than mine.
00:51:40Yeah.
00:51:42Okay, so I learned from them, okay?
00:51:44No problem.
00:51:46Cheers.
00:51:47Yeah, sure.
00:51:48We are like Army colleagues, okay?
00:51:50No problem.
00:51:51We are very honest.
00:51:58Yeah.
00:52:01No hard feelings.
00:52:02No, we just laugh it off.
00:52:05No problem.
00:52:11Yeah.
00:52:13Good times.
00:52:16We are lucky, okay?
00:52:17Yeah, we had a good time in Afghanistan, okay?
00:52:20Yeah.
00:52:21Okay.
00:52:22Let's have five minutes break, okay?
00:52:23And then I'll tell you more stories in the U.S. Army.
00:52:26Yeah.
00:52:27Interesting stories.
00:52:28Nothing bad, okay?
00:52:29Yeah, five minutes break.
00:52:34Happy Friday.
00:52:35Yeah.
00:52:36Time check.
00:52:43We have more than 30 minutes left, okay?
00:52:45Good.
00:52:47Five minutes, okay?
00:52:49Okay.
00:52:50Story time.
00:52:59Story time.
00:55:01So yeah, story time.
00:55:04Yeah.
00:55:05U.S. military experience.
00:55:06Yeah, I mean, the most difficult part for me in U.S. army deployment to Afghanistan between
00:55:132011 and 2012 was constipation, okay?
00:55:17Yeah, in the past we had constipation revolution, okay?
00:55:20It was a hip hop style, okay?
00:55:23It was about that, okay, so.
00:55:25I did suffer from constipation, because Afghanistan, it does rain and snow, but it's still desert.
00:55:32In the summer, it's kind of hot and dry, right?
00:55:36So I also, yeah, the stress, long hours.
00:55:44I suffered from constipation, that was the single most difficult part in deployment experience
00:55:50for me.
00:55:52So my suggestion to U.S. military or any military in the world, yeah, send more vegetables and
00:56:00fruits, dietary fiber, okay, to deployed soldiers, because they can be durable by freezing, okay?
00:56:08Just like meat, okay?
00:56:11Yeah.
00:56:12We don't need that stuff.
00:56:15Yeah, frozen vegetables, frozen fruits, yeah, it can be durable, okay?
00:56:22Just like meat, okay?
00:56:27Carbohydrate, like rice, wheat, yeah, they're like flour-based, so they're quite durable,
00:56:37because if they are dry, they don't go bad, long shelf life, okay?
00:56:41But because of meat and frozen vegetables, to make it durable, they need to be frozen,
00:56:47okay?
00:56:48Electricity, okay?
00:56:49Okay?
00:56:50Yeah.
00:56:53So back then, we didn't really have, in Afghanistan, 2011, okay?
00:57:01We didn't have enough vegetables and fruits, okay?
00:57:06Yeah, and I suffered from constipation, that was like very difficult for me, okay?
00:57:14But once we got back to Fort Worth, Texas, 2012, yeah, constipation problem went away.
00:57:22Meadow days, okay?
00:57:25Yeah, no more stress, long hours, and plenty of fruits and vegetables, okay?
00:57:32So, okay, yeah.
00:57:36Yeah.
00:57:39Yeah.
00:57:45Cheers, yeah.
00:57:52Yeah.
00:58:03So more fruits and vegetables for the frozen fruits and frozen vegetables for deployed
00:58:10soldiers, okay?
00:58:11That would be my recommendation to military agencies anywhere in the world, okay?
00:58:18Yeah, okay.
00:58:20Constipation, that's a nightmare, really, okay?
00:58:26It's like really painful, okay?
00:58:33That was the worst part, my deployment experience, okay?
00:58:38Yeah.
00:58:43I suffered from that for the last two or three months in this one-year deployment, okay?
00:58:51Oh, yeah, it was a nightmare, okay?
00:58:56But after we got back to Fort Worth, Texas, America, yeah, it got resolved in a matter
00:59:02of days, okay?
00:59:03Yes.
00:59:06Yeah, fully healed, okay?
00:59:08Cheers, yeah.
00:59:12Hmm?
00:59:16Yeah.
00:59:25Yeah.
00:59:34Now, I have a proposal, okay?
00:59:36Let's make transition to Facebook Live, the same name, honkily, okay?
00:59:41Yeah, where we watch some YouTube videos and make some video commentaries, okay?
00:59:46Yeah.
00:59:47Sure.
00:59:49More like relaxing time, right?
00:59:51More passive as an audience, right?
00:59:54Sure.
00:59:56Okay.
00:59:57Okay.
00:59:58All right, I'll see you there or I'll see you tomorrow, okay?
01:00:01Future leaders, mighty proud.
01:00:02Yeah, martial arts, continuing education, current development, okay?
01:00:06Yeah.
01:00:07Exercise, okay?
01:00:08Yeah, thank you.
01:00:09Yeah, see you later.
01:00:32Okay.
01:00:41Yeah, it's had some bugs, the programming, okay?
01:00:44So, but...
01:00:50Yeah, kind of learning how to get around it.
01:00:57Okay.
01:00:58Okay.
01:01:00All right.
01:01:11Because I used to be a computer programmer, okay?
01:01:13I know how to get around some computer programming errors, okay?
01:01:17So, kind of pattern recognition.
01:01:25Okay.
01:01:27Yeah, so let's make transition to Facebook Live, okay?
01:01:30It's been more than one hour, okay?
01:01:32Okay?
01:01:34Yeah.
01:01:35See you there in Facebook Live or see you tomorrow, okay?
01:01:37Mighty proud.
01:01:38Future leaders, okay?
01:01:39Yeah.
01:01:40Martial arts, education, current development, okay?
01:01:43Okay.
01:01:45Mm-hmm.
