United Atlantic Ventures sold nearly 11 million company shares following a court ruling that cleared the transaction. UAV, co-founded by former Apprentice contestants Andrew Litinsky and Wes Moss, now holds just 100 shares of Trump Media. The move leaves former President Donald Trump as the company’s largest shareholder, holding over 56% of the stock, while ARC Global Investments II LLC is the only other entity with more than 5% ownership. Trump Media’s stock price soared to above $79 per share during its Nasdaq debut and has since plummeted by over 80%, now trading at above $13 per share.
