00:00Jacksonville, one of the three winless teams left remaining in
00:06the National Football League after three weeks could be a
00:09live dog this week in Houston against the Texans. Houston, a
00:14six and a half point home favorite in this AFC South
00:17Divisional Showdown. How live of a dog, Geronery? One of those
00:22five and a half point underdogs are greater that will cover a
00:25number or one of the five and a half point underdogs are
00:28greater that might win outright. Yes, to both of those questions
00:33here, Ben. Uh this is a unbelievably overreaction from
00:38the drubbing that Jacksonville got the forty-seven to ten loss
00:42in prime time against Buffalo. Listen, the Jags closed as a
00:46five-point dog in Buffalo in that game, right? We watched
00:50the Texans close as a six-point home favorite to the Bears back
00:54in week two. Then they look like they've never played
00:57football against a real defense in the Vikings last Sunday.
01:01Chicago is not better than Jacksonville and Houston is not
01:04better than Buffalo and yet here we are with a ton of line
01:08value at plus six and a half and you know the public's gonna
01:11continue to run to the window and bet Houston but there's a
01:15reason why sixes are starting to show up in the market on the
01:19Jags here. It's a divisional game. Home field advantage is
01:23worth way less in divisional games. This is the kind of
01:27spot in which if Jacksonville playing for jobs and season and
01:32everything else, this is a game I would not shock me that they
01:36show up and and that Houston is gonna have to hold on for dear
01:40life to win this game.
