00:00Thursday night football for the second consecutive week inside
00:09MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Last
00:12week, it was the Jets against the Patriots. The New York team
00:15won and covered. This week, it was the Giants hosting the
00:18Cowboys. The New York team did not win but hey, they covered
00:23as a five and a half point underdog against the Cowboys.
00:27Dallas wins ugly, Joe. Let's call it what it is. Twenty to
00:30fifteen last night on the road. Two passing touchdowns from
00:33Dak Prescott. That's the difference because the Giants
00:36did not find Pater last night. They made five field goals. The
00:41Giants have had some kicking issues this year. Not last
00:45night with Greg Joseph. They just hope to not see Greg
00:48Joseph as often as he was out on the gridiron last night for
00:52the G-Men. Brendan Aubry pretty good on the other side for the
00:55Dallas Cowboys. He makes two, seven total field goals in the
00:59game. Dallas does win to get back to an even 500, two and
01:04two with the twenty to fifteen victory over the G-Men. Yeah
01:09and again really the the story of this game is the fact of or
01:13the inability of the Giants offense to get in the end zone
01:16and having to settle for field goals. They were still able to
01:20score on five of their first six possessions then in that
01:25game. They came out with a big 77-yard drive to open the
01:29second half but they only had 59 yards after that drive in
01:34the second half. Single Terry couldn't rush. So, kudos to the
01:38Dallas defense, Ben. They're the reason they won that game
01:42last night for such a unit that has been absolutely land based
01:47and with good reason on their inability to stop just about
01:50anybody. Boy, they stopped the Giants. Uh it very Ben don't
01:54break feel last night. Very typical of what we've seen from
01:58Mike Zimmer defenses in the past only they didn't let him
02:02get in the end zone and that's why they won that game.
