00:00A raging ocean and violent winds as Hurricane Helene hit the coastal city of Tampa hard
00:08overnight. By the early hours of the morning, the city's streets were underwater and boats
00:13had capsized. Several people have been killed since the hurricane made landfall on the west
00:19coast of Florida Thursday night.
00:23The storm has since weakened, but remains extremely dangerous according to the authorities.
