Christow's new community shop lowered into place

Watch as Christow's new community shop arrives on the back of low-loader and is lowered into place via a crane.
The Teign Valley village lost its last remaining shop in May of 2023.
In the months that followed a group of locals began efforts establish a new community-owned shop to serve Christow and surrounding villages.
Fast forward to September 2024, and those efforts have bore fruit, as the unit which is to become the new shop gets delivered.
