00:00Today I am sharing with you a delicious and spicy fish fry recipe
00:05which you will love to make
00:08To make this spicy and crispy fish fry
00:12I have taken 1 kg Rohu fish
00:16First we will squeeze half a lemon on the fish
00:19Add 1 spoon of salt
00:21Add half spoon of turmeric powder
00:24Mix the fish well with salt, turmeric and lemon
00:28Leave it for 10 minutes
00:31Till then we will make a masala for fish
00:34For this we will take 2 big spoon of coriander seeds
00:381 big spoon of cumin seeds
00:401 small spoon of carom seeds
00:42and 6 to 7 dry red chilies
00:46We have to roast these spices on medium flame
00:49The spices should give a nice aroma
00:52and should give a light golden color
00:55After this we will turn off the flame
00:57Let the spices cool down
00:59I am putting it in a grinding jar
01:02You can also coarsely grind it
01:05After putting it in the jar
01:07Add 1 big spoon of chaat masala
01:10Add half spoon of garam masala
01:13Now we will coarsely grind this masala
01:16The masala is ready
01:18We will put this masala on the fish
01:20We will save little masala
01:22and at last we will sprinkle it on the fish
01:25Mix the masala well with the fish
01:28Now we have to make a mixture
01:30with which we will coat the fish
01:32I am taking half cup of tamarind water
01:35You can also use kokum water instead of tamarind
01:38Add 3 big spoon of gram flour
01:41Add 1 big spoon of Kashmiri red chili powder
01:46It will give a nice color to the fish
01:49Mix these ingredients well
01:52Take out all the lumps of gram flour
01:55and put this mixture on the fish
01:58Add salt as per taste
02:01We have to coat the fish with this mixture
02:04Add 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste
02:07Mix the fish with all the spices
02:12Marinate it for 15 to 20 minutes
02:15After that we will fry it
02:18I am frying this fish in little oil
02:21You can also deep fry it
02:24I am frying it in mustard oil
02:27Heat the oil on medium flame
02:29I am frying 3 to 4 pieces at a time
02:32Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame
02:35It should get a nice golden color
02:38After that we will flip it and cook it from other side
02:41We will flip it from every side
02:44and cook it till it gets a nice golden color
02:47In this way we will fry all the pieces
02:50Add some finely chopped coriander leaves
02:53Sprinkle the remaining spices on the fish
02:57Squeeze some lemon juice on the fish
03:01It will make the fish more spicy
