00:00Yeah, I think, you know, what I tell people, if it was just traveling between New York
00:05and Charleston, it would be 100% manageable, like that would be awesome.
00:09But the thing is, a lot of people forget is that we're traveling for work every week.
00:15And so like, I'm in Nashville, for our new store, we're in Missouri for a new project
00:20I'm doing.
00:21And then we're in, we're in Portland a lot in the Pacific Northwest, meaning like I'm
00:26on the road already, and then Paige is on this crazy, amazing tour.
00:30And so when we figure out how to break, get it, narrow it down to just two places, Charleston
00:36and New York, maybe.
00:39But she's, she's so easy and amazing.
00:42Like Daphne's great with it.
00:43I think a dog you have to be, well, you know what, I didn't see the vision here with Daphne.
00:48So I'll take Paige's lead with the dog and I, I'm all about growing our little animal
00:56family.
00:57But yes, that's it.
01:00That's funny.
01:01That would be a lot of fun, actually.
01:02All right, well, I, I have a feeling there's going to be a second cat that just shows up
01:10one day.
01:11I don't I feel like this is the start to a large pet family.
01:15I think what we've kind of figured out is, you know, and you'll see us work through it
01:21on on both shows, even though like, yeah, never mind.
01:25I mean, we yes, we do get asked all the time.
01:29You know, it's really just not letting the unknown of the future ruin our happiness today.
01:34And that was a decision that we had to make, you know, and some people might not be able
01:38to do that.
01:39And sometimes it does get stressful and tough and not being able to have a plan.
01:45But in, you know, in reality, we don't need to right now.
01:50With our ability to travel and technology, we're very fortunate to be able to spend,
01:55you know, half our time in New York and the other half in Charleston.
01:58And they're two great places to live.
02:03And you know, really until it's just really until that kid, you know, until we have kids
02:09and they have to go to school, then we don't actually have to pick a place.
02:14So, you know, I could I could go date someone that lived in Charleston and have that structure,
02:21but I want to be the right person.
02:23So I think the date finding the right person is the hard part.
02:27And then figuring out the rest will just come in time.
02:30And we what's really fun and nice, and I hope they start to show this a little more on our
02:37shows is we relate with so many people like there's so many couples that reach out that
02:43do long distance.
02:44I mean, it's not that uncommon anymore.
02:47A lot of people's jobs take them away for long periods of time.
02:51And it's really nice to be, you know, represent the long distance relationship on TV.
02:57And so, you know, what works for us works for a lot of other people.
03:02And I understand that everyone's excited for the next, you know, what's next.
03:08It's just the world we live in.
03:09But right now for us, we're just kind of enjoying life and seeing where, you know, what we can
03:15do with our careers.
03:16Yeah.
03:17So Charleston, as a lot of people know, is it's a really fun social town.
03:23But a lot of times, no matter how how no matter what age you are, it still feels like you're
03:29in college when you're there.
03:31And we were just kind of missing like we were missing in like a calmer vibe that was
03:39still fun and your body was still moving because of the music, but that you could that you
03:44could hear each other talk.
03:46And we were running into this issue where we'd have so many nice dinners with people
03:50visiting and customers and clients.
03:55And after the dinner, there wasn't really anywhere to go.
03:58I love going to Leva's places and our partners bars that already exist.
04:04But there it's definitely like it's walking into a party.
04:09And so we wanted to this place that locals loved forever called Warehouse came available
04:16and we wanted to do something with it, but also make it inviting for everyone visiting
04:22town because we know people love to visit Charleston.
04:26Also, like I send so many people from the store to my friends bars that I kind of wanted
04:31to have my, you know, a piece of something, you know, I was like, we should probably like
04:36look to open a restaurant or a bar since so many people are asking us where to go.
04:44And Austin and I tried on our own for a little bit.
04:47And I think you'll see a little of that this season, hopefully.
04:52And then our partners had the same idea and they, the Uptown Hospitality Group has like
04:5710 bars in New York City.
05:00They have Uptown and Chair House in Charleston, so they definitely know what they're doing.
05:03And then it went from making one of the coolest bars in Charleston and making one of the coolest
05:11bars in the country.
05:12And so the project has been pushed about six additional months and cost a little bit more
05:19money, but we're really excited.
05:21We have the group that did this Banyard in the West Village in New York City designed
05:24it for us.
05:26And so we should be opening in November and, but yeah, I mean, it's like the vibe hopefully
05:33will be, you know, you go in there before dinner and a lot of people we think will end
05:40up missing their dinner reservations, you know, they'll be like, let's just stay here.
05:45And so, yeah, we've got a menu to go with it.
