U.S. approves $8B to Ukraine: What's in the package?

President Biden has announced over $8 billion in new military aid for Ukraine, including the first shipment of precision-guided ‘Joint Standoff Weapons’, with a range of up to 130 km.
The U.S. is also sending more Patriot air defense systems, drones, and munitions, while expanding F-16 pilot training. However, U.S. missiles won’t be used on targets inside Russia.
