00:00Hello friends, welcome to Khempur Repair channel.
00:04This is a 44 amplifier.
00:06The problem with this amplifier is that
00:08the sound is coming from one channel
00:10and not coming from the other channel.
00:12This can also happen in your amplifier
00:14that one speaker is working
00:16and the other speaker is not working.
00:18Whenever this happens,
00:20you can check it yourself
00:22so that you can find out
00:24what is the problem in your amplifier
00:26and you can also
00:28fix it.
00:30Because many times it happens
00:32that there is a small problem
00:34because of which
00:36if you take it to any mechanic or shopkeeper
00:38they charge you a lot of money.
00:40So watch this video
00:42this video is made for you
00:44and is very useful.
00:46Whenever you have this problem in your amplifier
00:48then first of all
00:50you have to do that
00:52suppose this channel is not working
00:54and this one is working
00:56then first of all
00:58you have to check
01:00that your speaker
01:02is not broken
01:04because many times it happens
01:06that the coil of the speaker gets burnt
01:08and the wire gets damaged
01:10because of which we think
01:12that there is a problem in the amplifier.
01:14So the first thing you have to do
01:16is to check the speaker
01:18when you check the speaker
01:20and you feel that there is a problem in the amplifier
01:22so the second thing you have to do
01:24is to check the board of the amplifier
01:26the board of the amplifier
01:28the heat sink of the aluminum
01:30the second thing you have to do
01:32is to touch it with your hand
01:34there is no current in it
01:36it runs on DC
01:38so there is no problem in it
01:40if it is in your body
01:42then keep your hand here
01:44and check it after 2 minutes
01:46because this heat sink does not heat up
01:48and it takes 1-2 minutes
01:50if it is normal
01:52then it is ok
01:54but if your hand is getting hot
01:56and you feel that it is very hot
01:58and it is more than normal
02:00then you can understand
02:02that there is a problem in your IC
02:04so you can try this second way
02:06and suppose
02:08that there is no sound
02:10and your heat sink is also not getting hot
02:12so the third way is
02:14that the IC in this
02:16I will show you here
02:18so this IC
02:20because of over voltage
02:22or overload, the IC
02:24breaks
02:26so when the IC breaks
02:28it does not work in this condition
02:30the right IC will work
02:32and the wrong one will not
02:34you can't see anything
02:36and when the IC breaks
02:38the IC will always break from the black side
02:40this is the part of the black side
02:42whenever it breaks
02:44the IC will break from this side
02:46and the white side
02:48the IC does not break from this side
02:50so keep this in mind
02:52that if there is any damage in your IC
02:54then you can see the IC
02:56separately in the board
02:58so you don't need to open the IC
03:00so you can find out from this
03:02that there is no problem in your IC
03:04now suppose that you have done all three steps
03:06but still
03:08your heat sink is not getting hot
03:10and the IC is not breaking
03:12but still there is no sound on your channel
03:14now you have to do this
03:16the wire from the speaker
03:18to the bridge
03:20is this one
03:22and this is the supply wire
03:24of brown color
03:26now you have to check the supply
03:28first
03:30after that whether the supply
03:32is going to both the ICs
03:34because many times it has been seen
03:36that the print gets short
03:38from inside
03:40because the print is very long
03:42and all the boards are like this
03:44from here to here
03:46how long the print is
03:48the same is here
03:50so to check the print
03:52you have to count the pins
03:54from here
03:561,2,3,4,5,6
03:58the pin number 11
04:00is plus 12V
04:02so you have to check the voltage
04:04on this pin
04:06and check both the ICs
04:08so if both the ICs are getting voltage
04:10then you can understand
04:12that if both the ICs are getting voltage
04:14then there can be some problem in the IC
04:16but if one IC is getting voltage
04:18and the other one is not
04:20then only one channel will work
04:22so first you have to check the voltage
04:24to check the voltage
04:26I have turned on the amplifier
04:28and set the meter to DC 20V
04:30ok
04:32one probe
04:34I keep it on ground which is negative
04:36and the other probe
04:38I will keep it on pin number 11
04:40ok
04:42so let's check the voltage
04:44here we are getting 16V
04:46ok
04:48after this
04:50let's check the other pin
04:52pin number 11
04:54here also we are getting
04:5616.2V
04:58means
05:00we are getting the same voltage on both the pins
05:02means
05:04there is a high chance that your IC is not working
05:06because you have checked everything
05:08you have checked the supply
05:10and you have checked the speaker
05:12ok
05:14at last you have to turn on the home theater
05:16and
05:18these are the speaker wires
05:20these are the speaker wires
05:22let me show you
05:24the purple one is for one side
05:26and the white one is for the other side
05:28ok
05:30so you have to
05:32turn on the amplifier
05:34and don't increase the volume
05:36ok
05:38don't increase the volume
05:40and turn on the amplifier
05:42after turning on
05:44this speaker wire
05:46one probe you have to keep
05:48here
05:50and the other probe here
05:52means you have to keep both the probes
05:54on the speaker wire
05:56so here you are getting
