00:00I think in my 11-year career, I've never experienced the racial comments from the Indiana Fever fan base.
00:08You know, we had her face on a serious matter that happened in this world, and it's unacceptable, honestly.
00:16And yeah, there's no place for it, and we've been professional throughout the whole entire thing,
00:22but I've never been called the things that I've been called on social media, and there's no place for it.
00:29And I feel like we have allowed trolls and social media to frame the narrative of what the story is,
00:37and it's unacceptable. It's unacceptable. And we have to do a better job.
00:45Something needs to be done, whether it's, you know, them checking their fans or this league checking.
00:51There's no time for it anymore.
00:54You know, I don't go on social media for that reason, and it's protecting my peace,
00:59but I also realize that that's a privilege for me.
01:02And so, you know, I just encourage everybody to take a step back and think about if it's your sons or your daughters
01:08or your nieces or your nephews or your children, for goodness sakes,
01:11because if my children were being harassed like this, I'm not sure what I would do.
01:17I'm not sure what I would do.
