00:00You're making it sound as if it's good versus evil, like Batman versus whoever, I don't
00:07know, I don't know my superheroes that well.
00:10Look I think it's all part of the game and it's always existed, it's just you know, I've
00:15never, look I've said before I don't like, I don't like, I don't believe in the dark
00:19arts, I don't know how to do it, it's just not in my makeup, but I've seen it be very
00:22effective, you know, and a very effective tool and my kind of thing has always been
00:28well if teams are going to go down that way we've got to be even more disciplined to make
00:33sure we don't get distracted by that because ultimately I guess the role of every manager
00:40of every team is to try and unsettle an opposition one way or another and some do it by trying
00:50to disrupt and sort of curtail any sort of momentum from the opposition, others want
00:57the momentum, they want to have the dominance, so it just depends which side of the coin
01:00you fall down, but you know, the reason I do what I do is because that's what I, the
01:06space I'm comfortable in, I know how to do that, you know, for me to sort of change my
01:11approach with me and the meet sort of delving into an area that I don't really, you know,
01:18I don't really sort of have a lot of emphasis in the way I coach or the way I talk.
