00:34Sometimes they beat us too.
00:37Teenagers like Hassan are increasingly coming to Europe.
00:41At this special day care for Doctors Without Borders,
00:44sometimes 90% of the visitors are from Sudan.
00:52They often encounter violence in Calais,
00:54also on the beach when they want to cross the channel by boat.
00:57If they trust us, they will tell us what happened
00:59during the journey from Sudan to Calais.
01:06In Sudan, more than 10 million people have fled because of the war.
01:10About 8 million of them went mainly to Egypt and Chad.
01:14So far this year, more than 4,000 Sudanese
01:17have applied for asylum in the European Union.
