00:00Danny's talking about making sure people's contracts don't run down to last year every time.
00:04He's talking about, he's already got plans for the next two transfer windows, not just the one that's coming up.
00:09But yeah, it just feels like things are moving in the right direction.
00:13But it is that weird time of year now, isn't it?
00:16I mean, the Championship especially has been notoriously bad when it comes to sort of hirings and firings.
00:21But, you know, you get to the first international break is always one where people start to ask questions.
00:28We've got another couple of international breaks coming up in the not-so-distant future.
00:33I suppose this is a more general question. Do you feel like the hammer does come down too quickly now?
00:40Or do you feel like there does seem to have been a bit of a shift in people, in football clubs trusting the process a little bit more now?
00:49Yeah, I think there's been, like you say, a shift towards wanting to build something.
00:54Whereas sort of five or 10 years ago, it was sticking past us.
00:59Football's got more sophisticated, certainly at Championship level.
01:02That's sort of filtered down from the Premier League.
01:05And when, as is the case at Wednesday, and as you say, there's absolutely no question,
01:10there's not one part of this conversation which should be read as, you know, Danny Rose under any sort of pressure or anything like that.
01:16Because that simply doesn't feel to be the case and shouldn't be.
