00:00What more do you need to see from Justin?
00:02Why not name him the starting quarterback going forward?
00:05Because there's no need, you know,
00:08I explained to you the variables of the week.
00:10It has not changed.
00:12He's going to walk in this building
00:13with that mindset tomorrow.
00:15And so I really, there's no need to.
00:17Sometimes in this business, man,
00:19there's a myriad of complex decisions that need to be made.
00:22I've learned to make them when it's appropriate
00:24and it's not necessary as we sit here right now.
00:28When Russ gets to an appropriate point of health
00:31and we have a decision to make,
00:33I'll make it and I'll announce it
00:34and I'll be really transparent about it.
00:36But until then, I don't care how many ways you guys ask me,
00:40you know, I got no intentions of making the decision
00:44that's unnecessary at this juncture.
00:45What is that appropriate point of health or healthy
00:48that Russell has to hit for you to make that decision?
00:50We'll know when we get there.
00:52He'll not only be healthy in terms of keeping himself safe,
00:54but he'll be healthy in terms of being able
00:56to be productive and do the things that he needs to do
00:59and we need him to do.
01:00No question, Justin has played well
01:02and that's exciting for him and for us,
01:06but I'm not surprised by that.
01:08And I hadn't looked at it in terms of the decision-making
01:10because it's not time yet.
