00:07Ryan Murphy has created a world on this ship
00:10that is nothing short of opulent and luxurious and rich.
00:15From the second that you open the show,
00:19you enter into this beautiful walkway
00:21that brings you into our grand entry hallway,
00:24and the upper deck set is the most elaborate set
00:27that I've ever seen in my life,
00:28and the staterooms are gorgeous.
00:30I could get used to this.
00:33These characters live in a very high-stakes world.
00:38It's a cruise line miles from shore.
00:42What happened?
00:43It broke.
00:44They have limited resources available to them,
00:46so they have to think quick on their feet.
00:49We can't do surgery on board. It's against current policies.
00:52We coordinate with the nearest port.
00:53Except in cases of emergency.
00:55So they have to adapt and rely on each other.
00:57And there's a camaraderie between the three
00:59that they can pull together to solve issues
01:02that otherwise would have been dealt with
01:04very differently on land.

01:19And so there's a lot to figure out between the three of them,

01:25when Doctor Odyssey arrives on the ship.
01:27I thought I picked up some tension.
01:29Absolutely not.
01:31It's a love fest, sir.
01:32This captain really cares about his ship and his passengers,
01:37and I think John is bringing just that,
01:40this level of care for everybody who's around him.
01:43Don Johnson is as much of a legend
01:45as you'd expect him to be.
01:46He is funny, he's very compassionate,
01:49he's very wise.
01:50So it'll be your job to keep everyone alive.
01:53That's a terrifying burden,
01:55so we have to be prepared for terrible things to happen.
01:58No detail is overlooked.
