Victoria Atkins slams government over pay rises

The shadow health secretary has slammed the government for handing out "inflation-busting" pay rises in the health sector. It comes as nurses rejected the government's offer of a 5.5% pay rise after junior doctors voted to accept a pay offer worth an extra 22.3%.
