00:00The learning curve for Arnie and his team will be what they do after international breaks.

00:05Because if you look at it, then I'd sort of try and rationalise that he comes in pre-season,

00:09they're exposed to Arnie's training regime from day one all the way through to the first three games in international break.

00:16And things were getting better. And I think after international break, there was the disconnect

00:21that didn't look good, didn't play well, and ended up defeated.

00:25And therefore, Arnie's learning curve will be, what do I do now?

00:28Next time my team, most of my players go off on international breaks,

00:32what do I have to rejig to make sure that we continue this kind of performance?

00:36I'm not doing this through any previous connection, but I just think Liverpool are in there in the conversation,

00:42as they were last year. But last season, I think because of the amount of injuries they had,

00:47a lot of it was just pure grit and determination rather than a formulaic way

00:54of getting your best players to win games in football.

00:56If Arnie keeps his players fit, which is always the case for teams,

01:00then you see them being challenged at the end of the season.

01:03So he's been a great appointment. Everything I hear about him is positive.

01:07And when you see the performances on the field being as positive as they are,

01:12then you know they've got the right man.
