00:00Dismissed Bonbon-Tarlac Mayor Alice Guwo will remain in Pasig City Jail after the court ordered her to be transferred from the PNP Custodial Facility in Campo Crame.

00:12Meanwhile, Guwo tested negative for tuberculosis and other infections based on the results of her laboratory test.

00:23Guwo Huaping will remain in Pasig City Jail.

00:29She is better known as the former Bonbon-Tarlac Mayor Alice Leal Guwo.

00:33After the 3rd order of the Pasig City Regional Trial Court Branch 167 was issued,

00:39the 2nd decision was cancelled when she was transferred to Pasig City Jail from Camp Crame.

00:45The 3rd order of the Pasig City Regional Trial Court Branch 167 was issued after Guwo was transferred to Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory in accordance with the transfer order issued on September 19.

00:55But according to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology or BJMP,

00:59the health order is already moot or there is no visa because Guwo is already in custody in Pasig City Jail when it was issued.

01:07The hearing on September 27 will not continue for the appeal of the transfer to the custody of the PNP.

01:14Meanwhile, Guwo is negative for tuberculosis and other infections.

01:18Based on the result of the laboratory test issued by BJMP,

01:22this is after Guwo was found to have an infection in her left lung when her medical examination was done at PNP General Hospital before she was brought to Pasig City Jail.

01:33According to BJMP Spokesperson Jail Superintendent Jarex Bustinera,

01:38he will be charged with more than 40 persons deprived of liberty or PDL.

01:44As a policy, we repeatedly say no VIP treatment.

01:49If we isolate her from others or if she's alone or even if there are few people there,

01:55it sends a message of VIP. We don't want that.

01:59The legal counsel of Guwo, Atty. Nicole Jamila, who is currently taking care of Guwo and it's obvious that she's sick because she suddenly lost weight.

02:09We can see that her weight is really going down. That's her observation.

02:16She said she's from 75 and now she's 68.

02:21It's because of stress. Let's face it, lack of sleep.

02:29For now, the investigation for the non-bailable case of Qualified Human Trafficking against Guwo by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission and PNP-CIDG in Pasig City RTC Branch 167 is still ongoing.
