00:00I'm Fabio Mazzoni and I'm Operations Manager for South Sea Branch Bank.
00:04So tell me how it feels to have the licence back?
00:09Well it happened quicker thankfully than we were expecting
00:13because usually these bureaucratic things may take a little while
00:17but we worked really hard in conjunction with the neighbours, the police and the council
00:24so that we could resolve any issue that they may have had with us in the past
00:29and we're just very happy that we don't have to worry about this anymore
00:32and we just work with a much higher spirit now.
00:35So tell me what differences you've made, any changes?
00:39Okay, I would say the majority of the changes really just happened in terms of closing times
00:45so we're just going to be closing around an hour and a half earlier
00:48than what we usually would on Fridays and Saturdays
00:51and then the other change is that we would be stopping bottles of drinks at 8 o'clock
00:58and then we would just have more of a restaurant-y vibe in the evening
01:02and that's about it really.
01:05Tell me what are your most popular food and drink items?
01:09Well I would think our Sunday roast is actually fantastic
01:14and we're trying to get that to be our highlight
01:17even though obviously the branches have been the most popular
01:20because of the live entertainment, the sax players and the singers that we have on our Saturdays
01:26and our live DJs on Fridays and Saturdays
01:29so surely the brunch has been the most popular thing
01:32and yeah, just all of our cocktails really
01:35we have about 10 cocktails on offer for any botanist's brunch
01:38and we have now a new selection of AU cocktails and signature cocktails for the supper club
01:43which is what we're going to be doing after 8 o'clock
01:46and yeah, brunch dishes for sure
01:49Sunday roast, very, very popular at the moment
01:52and also all of our signature cocktails.
01:55I understand you've got a new menu out as well?
01:57We've got a new menu starting this week
01:59we've got menu offers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
02:03and then we have, as always, Friday and Saturday brunches
02:06and we have a new Sunday roast menu
02:09and we have a new supper club menu on Saturday evenings.
