00:00Do you think that the Italian government wants to build a sea ministry for the blue economy?
00:04Yes, of course.
00:06In fact, it is not for nothing that this government wanted a sea ministry for the blue economy.
00:12As far as the Ministry of Tourism is concerned, we have always collaborated
00:17because we understand that it is a great opportunity for our nation in the world.
00:22We are proud that the majority of large yachts in the world
00:28will be built in Italy.
00:31Liguria and Sicily are the two most advanced regions
00:35as far as the blue economy is concerned.
00:37Liguria has done a lot.
00:39In recent years, it has made huge strides.
00:41We can see it here at the Salone Nautico,
00:43how the work is progressing.
00:46We are already seeing what will be the end of these works
00:50that will make this important event even more beautiful and even more important.
00:57Nautical tourism is, by definition, a quality tourism.
01:00Absolutely.
01:02The data tells us that the nautical tourist leaves on the territory
01:08about twice as much as the land tourist.
01:14Therefore, it is absolutely a tourism to cultivate, a tourism to support.
01:19It is a tourism where there is also a need for interventions.
01:22We, for example, as the Ministry of Tourism,
01:26have done the Wi-Fi in the tourist ports,
01:29because as you may or may not know,
01:32not all tourist ports have Wi-Fi.
01:35The discovery of nautical tourist itineraries is absolutely very important.
01:42And then there is the issue of infrastructure that needs to be worked on.
01:46Minister Sallini is working on it.
