00:00The Philippine Coast Guard has sent a replacement of BRP Teresa Magbanwa to Escoda Shoal following her departure last week.

00:08It is estimated that the BRP Teresa Magbanwa will be in a company for up to three months.

00:19Because of the several times that the Chinese ships have been hit by the BRP Teresa Magbanwa,

00:24within almost five months of her departure from Escoda Shoal,

00:27some of her ships were cut off and damaged.

00:31According to the Philippine Coast Guard or PCG,

00:33it will take two to three months for the BRP Teresa Magbanwa to be assembled in Danau, Cebu.

00:41First, a big hole is being fixed on its side.

00:44According to the PCG, the government will not spend any money to fix their biggest ship.

00:50The BRP Bagacay and another Coast Guard patrol ship that was hijacked by China in Escoda will also be fixed in Cebu on August 19.
