The cast of One Tree Hill has some predictions about where their characters might have ended up. During a Q&A event held to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the CW series' premiere in 2003, cast members including Lee Norris, Paul Johansson, James Lafferty and Bryan Greenberg spoke about what they think their characters might be up to, two decades after the show began — and whether or not they would return for a series reunion.
