00:00So, it's pizza night in our house and we've gone for a cheesy pesto stuffed crust pepperoni
00:04pizza, which is made even better using HitClad's new Pizza Steel. I made the dough using self-raising
00:10flour, greek yogurt and some added garlic and herbs, then rolled it out nice and thin
00:15with some extra flour so it doesn't stick. Next, I added on the pesto and the cheese
00:19and rolled up the crust, then added some more pesto into the pizza sauce and spread that
00:24onto the base, followed by the cheese and the pepperoni. Then, I brushed the crusts
00:28with some garlic butter because why not? Popped it all into the oven until golden and bubbling
