00:08This is what Vell Custodio reported.

00:11The Social Security System conducted a run-after contribution evaders or race campaign

00:17in which they denied the notice of violation to five business establishments in the Parangay Tambo, Paranaque City

00:23in accordance with the contribution that the employers incensed.

00:27The two restaurants, a real estate, services, and a bakery were included

00:32where 137 employees were affected.

00:36The notice of violation was not ignored even though they are big business establishments.

00:42Just like this restaurant that is owned by a politician.

00:47The owner of the restaurant is not present

00:49that's why only the employee received the notice.

00:53We were surprised because we didn't know about it.

01:10The employers will give a 15-day grace period

01:27The SSS-NCR Operations Group Senior Vice President Maria Rita Aguja,

01:33SSS-NCR Concurrent Acting Head Christine Grace Francisco,

01:37and SSS-Tambo Branch Head Rowena Ann Marie Ocampo led the race.

01:42There was a total of Php 2.4 million in licenses

01:45from the non-paid monthly contributions and penalties.

01:49According to the SSS, this does not require a one-time payment.

01:54It can still be deducted as long as it coincides with the SSS branch.

01:59This is the 78th grace operation of the SSS in the NCR Self-Division.

02:04Under Republic Act No. 11199 or Social Security Act of 2018,

02:10the SSS was granted the security of benefits of Filipino workers,

02:14particularly the private sector.

02:17Some of the benefits are maternity, sickness, and death benefits for employees.

02:23We asked the employers for a time of billing or notices.

02:30We asked them if they could settle their delinquency immediately.

02:38Their employees are pitiful for not being able to avail the benefits of the SSS.
