00:00First practice in Singapore, where some arena-based specific liveries were unveiled by a few teams.
00:07RB have gone with a denim design, including zip fasteners on the side pods, with even the mechanics and drivers getting in on the act.
00:15McLaren's new look, labelled Legend Reborn, is a tribute to their MP4 era of cars and the great drivers that did battle in them.
00:23The names of such luminaries as Ayrton Senna, Alain Prost and Niki Lauda adorn the cockpit.
00:30And not to be outdone, Mercedes have also opted for a slick new paint job, and so it's the green arrows rather than the silver ones this weekend.
00:38Oscar Piastri's McLaren had a technical issue before the green light, a practice pit stop revealing a problem with his rear left, which necessitated a complete rebuild of that corner of the car.
00:48The Australian drivers' victory last time out saw the Woking team take the lead in the Constructors' Championship, first time they've been top of the pile in more than a decade.
00:58Lando Norris played a big part in his teammates' victory in Baku, holding up Sergio Perez and also charging to the field for a P4 finish, helping close the gap in the Drivers' Championship to leader Max Verstappen.
01:09The Briton was riding the kerbs in FP1 and looked to be in imperious form.
01:14Twelve months ago, the Red Bulls struggled with Marina Bay's bumpy surface, their ride height just not suited to the track.
01:19Singapore was one of the few races that Max Verstappen didn't win last year. In fact, he's never been on the top step here.
01:26Sergio Perez has. The 2022 victor was pushing hard in FP1, taking to the runoff at Turn 16 at one point and later suffering a big lock-up coming over the bridge.
01:36Checo may have DNF'd last time out, but the Mexican driver had been going well at Baku until his crash with Carlos Sainz.
01:43Said Ferrari man may also be looking for some redress in Singapore, the Spaniard fast through the Turn 16-17 chicane and opting to cut the final corner.
01:52But he was another who seemed in fine form, as was his teammate Charles Leclerc.
01:57He brushed the barrier, going through Turn 14, looking for every centimetre of track.
02:02And it paid off in the end, the Monagas bagging the fastest lap of the session with a 1 minute 31.763.
02:09That time was little more than seven hundredths quicker than Lando Norris' best effort, but almost two tenths faster than Sainz's P3 time.
02:16George Russell suffered a small lock-up at Turn 14 and went a little deeper than he might have wanted to, but was still able to make the corner.
02:23He later went sliding through Turn 16, the British driver clearly keen to build on his slightly fortuitous P3 last time out.
02:30Mercedes have slipped a little since their mid-season return to form, when Russell won in Spielberg before Hamilton took the honours at Silverstone and Spa.
02:38Neither of the team's drivers were looking especially quick today.
02:43Fernando Alonso was forced into a big save at Turn 7, but the two-time world champion was well up to the task.
02:49He later had another wobble, which prompted some radio interaction.
02:54Just to check, Fernando, you pushed the pit button, is that on purpose?
02:59No, to avoid a crash with this car, I pushed the buttons, all of the ones I have.
03:03Pierre Gasly had a problem exiting the garage, the Frenchman taking a wide turning circle and running out of room as the pit wall loomed,
03:10with the Alpine staff forced to push his car backwards.
03:14As so often is the case on street circuits, traffic was an issue for some.
03:18Perez felt obstructed by Alex Albon's Williams, Valtteri Bottas thought the Mexican driver was in his way,
03:25and Yuki Tsunoda wasn't happy with the positioning of Lance Stroll's Aston Martin.
03:30So Leclerc passes from Norris and Sainz, then came Verstappen, Tsunoda, Piastri, Daniel Ricciardo, Albon, Alonso and Esteban Ocon.
03:38P11 for Franco Colopinto, and he was ahead of Hamilton, Gasly, Perez, Stroll, Russell, Kevin Magnussen on his return, Bottas, Joe Guaineu and Nico Hülkenberg.
