00:27an hour away from the airport. This guy, the guy in here, he sent a video yesterday when
00:33he heard I was going to Pittsburgh. Oh boy, this is something we've been trying to do
00:39since we opened. He's only been to Pittsburgh one other time and it was right when we opened
00:45and it was too early for us, but good God are we fucking ready for him. Man, we need
00:51to make a push. Portnoy is in town. We need to make a push to get him to our shop. Begging
00:59me to come, I guess he put, I guess he confronted me, you said. Can you hear me with this noise?

01:11knows the rules. Why haven't you been to a slice of New York in Manor, PA, just outside
01:15of Pittsburgh yet? It's like, why haven't you come to my pizza? This is only my second
01:18time in Pittsburgh since I've been doing pizza reviews. Looks good. We got a little
01:24soup action, so here we go. A lot of pressure. He said if he scores in the sixes, which there's
01:31no shot this is going to be in the sixes, he'd shut down. If we score anything in the
01:36sixes, I'll go away forever. You win. The trolls and the haters, you win. We suck. You'll
01:41never hear from me again. And all the haters would win. He's got this board of fans, customers,
01:47which I've never seen in 10,000 pizza reviews. I've never seen a list of people banned from
01:53the store and they're like, no, it's dead serious. So he was telling me you're like
01:58all your haters. If you get like a six, yeah. I said, where are the sixes? They'll never
02:02hear from us again. Who are your haters? Oh gosh, we get the, we have a ban to LifeLoft.

02:15Lin, because most people are actually banned. Oh yeah. Like, yes. Why? Anything but just
02:23the name, they were assholes. Anything with four digits, they like ordered pizza, didn't
02:28pick it up or they were just assholes over the phone. How is someone an asshole over
02:33the phone ordering a pizza? Oh, you'd be surprised. So what, what if someone just called with
02:39a different name? How would you prevent it? I mean, I can't. Has any of the ban people
02:46try to work their way back in? They try to sneak their way in. If we do well with you,
02:51they're going to really try to sneak their way in. Here we go. One bite, everyone knows
02:54the rules. This is a big review. Uh, I've been asked if a slice of New York, is he from
02:59New York? Yeah, he is. All right. Great undercarriage there. The cheese is falling off because it's
03:06so hot. Pretty good, like pretty good firmness there. So here we go. One bite, everybody
03:12knows the rules. I heard him. I think he said, everybody get outside. Did he say that to
03:16do it? Because he knows that's like extra pressure and boosts the score generally. All
03:22right. Here we go. It's really good. The only, it's a little saucy and he put the little
03:51fancy oil on, but I'm still going. This is not a juice score, by the way. Eight, two.
03:58Like it was an easy eight. I was deciding eight, one or eight, two. If I kept that eight,
04:07one, it would have been a little saucy, but it's so crisp and kind of tight. And you know
04:12how I say, Austin, I want to be able to like drive while you eat. That's a drive pizza.
04:18Easy to eat it while you're doing it. So pizza's great. So this guy, I don't even know
04:22what's his name. Sean. Uh, he lived up to all his shit talking. It's a legit, great
04:28pizza. Eight, two. I can't remember. I was here so long ago. I don't know if that's the
04:33best score I've had in the Pittsburgh area, but this is great pizza. Like a legit great
04:38pizza. It could be a pizza fest. Could do the whole thing. So eight, two, not just because
04:42he has my face on the screen wearing the shirt and seems like he'd kill himself if he didn't
04:47get a good score here. It's a legit eight, two. So he'll be happy with it. He may cry.

05:46So I got a lot of dope mentors, like from back home in New York, New Jersey, that really helped me dial it in.
05:52Bratz originally, Louie and Ernie's. That was my childhood pizza shop.
05:57So Victoria, who does your one bite best, she's a close friend.
06:01And Dan from Bratz is a close friend of mine too.
06:05So great stuff. Great stuff.
06:07Honestly, it's all because of my son, to be honest with you.
06:10He's a biology student. And so it's sourdough, it's 72 hour fermented, but he's really the brainchild.
06:18I can't even take credit for it. Honestly, it's my friends and him that I really just put it together.
