00:03Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly man was left injured after being attacked by a gang of youths in Derbyshire.
00:10The incident happened between 11am and noon on August 31st when a 92-year-old man was sitting on a bench in the bus station in Claycross.
00:19A Derbyshire Police spokesperson, who have only just released details of the incident, said
00:23he was approached by a group of four youths who grabbed him, lifted him over the bench and then dropped him on the floor.
00:29He suffered injuries to the chest in the incident.
00:32We are keen to speak to anyone who is in the area at the time and witness the incident, as well as anyone who has any information.
