Three-year-old Witley Seaman is capturing hearts with his adorable rendition of the "Boom Chicka Boom" song. His mom, Tara, recorded the moment and posted it to her TikTok account last week. Since then, the video has amassed more than 42 million views and 38,000 comments.

00:12The day that I recorded the video of Whitley
00:14singing boom chicka boom,
00:16he had been singing it all morning.
00:18He had sang it probably like five times in a row.
00:20So, uh,
00:22when we were in the kitchen and I asked him to pick up his
00:24blankie, I had a feeling that he might do it.
00:26And he did. And then at the
00:28end he added the no more times
00:30himself. No more
00:32times. No more times. You're right.
00:34So that was really funny. He just
00:36catches on to things so fast.
00:38Whitley was in the NICU
00:40for 16 days.
00:42While I was pregnant with him,
00:44uh, he
00:46was having short
00:48long bone measurements.
00:50So they induced me at 37
00:52weeks cause they just
00:54weren't sure what was going on with Whit.
00:56We did a lot of testing. My husband
00:58and I did testing as well.
01:00And we found out that he has a rare
01:02form of skeletal dysplasia.
01:04They just discovered it in 2018
01:06and they said Whitley's probably the 13th
01:08one diagnosed with it. But they also
01:10said there's quite a few people that don't know
01:12their diagnosis because
01:14there's so many variants of skeletal
01:16dysplasia that some of them just don't know.
01:18So there could be a lot more people out there with the
01:20same diagnosis as Whitley, but
01:22they just haven't figured it out
01:24yet. And yeah,
01:26this is going viral. I
01:28knew it was a cute video, like
01:30and he's my baby and
01:32I think he's just the best. So
01:34I thought it was cute and I just thought I'd post it.

01:38blow up the way it did, but
01:40it's been awesome and everybody
01:42has been so gracious and all of the comments
01:44have been so sweet and
01:46I'm so happy that the world
