00:00The Penguin sort of takes your character under his wing, so what was it like sharing all those scenes with Colin and working opposite a veteran actor like that?
00:07It was fantastic. I mean, you get to learn so much on a thing like that, and you get to come to set every day and you're excited, you're excited to play, you're excited to figure things out, you know?
00:15There's so much going on in front of the camera that isn't necessarily, that maybe it's not how you think it is going to go, you know?
00:22Sure, it's on the page, but it's surprising in a lot of ways to work with him and to work with DeeDee, too, and all these people.
00:27So, getting to play on camera is the most fun thing.
00:31Is there a favorite scene that you had?
00:33That's so difficult to say my own favorite scenes. I liked, there's something in 7 that me and Colin, I think, no, it's 6, there's a scene in 6 that me and Colin have when I come back from doing something not so great,
00:46and he and I, just that day, I think we sort of connected in a real cool way, and that felt good. It felt good.
00:54What was your first impression when you first saw him walk out on set in full prosthetics, in full makeup and costume?
00:59I was scared, not going to say the word, I was very, he's bigger than I thought he was, he's taller than I thought he was, he looks meaner than I thought he would, he's got the scars on his face, and it looks kind of crazy, but he's looking at you kind of sideways, and you almost want to take a step back and make sure you give him enough space.
01:14Very quickly, how did the events of this series set things up for a Batman sequel?
01:18I think there's a lot going on in this show that lends itself to, it creates the landscape, I think, in Gotham. I think it sets it apart, and I think it's definitely different from when the show started.
