There’s a reason why a baby girl who spent four months at a New York City hospital's neonatal intensive care unit was named “‘Miracle.” Tiffany Murray, 42, of Staten Island, was originally expecting her newborn to arrive on July 26, the same day as her aunt’s birthday.

00:00Miracle came in at the right time, even though I'm still struggling, she came and brought joy to my life.
00:17I was having contractions and they were trying to keep Miracle inside, so they were giving medication, but Miracle was not hearing that.
00:25She wanted to come into the world to show me who she was.
00:31Yeah, it was stressful. I used to argue with the doctors, I want my baby to come home, I want my baby to come home.
00:38Until one doctor came to me and said, I wouldn't let your baby go home if I know she was well.
00:45Your baby needs, I said, well, I got to sit down and think, Miracle's health is more important to me than rushing her to come home.
01:01They surprised me. They were like, come on, mommy, you got to go home. You got to take Miracle and go home.
01:05So I'm like, why are you rushing us out? She's been here for four months, now you want to kick her out?
01:09They were like, no, no, we got something to show you. And I got in the hallway.
01:13It was just two lines of doctors, nurses from off the floor.
01:19And all the doctors was there. And it was like, as I'm walking, I was just crying because it was touching.
01:26And I was by myself with Miracle, not with her brothers. And it was just very touching.
01:30The nurses was crying. I didn't know what to say. I'm like, thank you. I'm like, Miracle, we got to say big thank you to the hospital.
01:36Not even to the hospital, to the first floor. They did their job.
01:45The little stuff that she had got in the hospital and for her coming home, Miracle has no health problems.
01:50She's just my bundle of joy, my blessing that God gave to me.
01:54She's a strong little girl.
