00:00Texas, A&M, Florida. Sneaky, big, at-large game. Not for either of these teams, but if
00:10you're Notre Dame, it would be beneficial if Texas A&M wins this game and stays inside
00:15that top 25. If you are Miami and you end up slipping in an ACC championship game, well,
00:21it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if Florida can put a couple of big wins on
00:25that resume, and a chance to beat A&M here is exactly that. Changing line, though, throughout
00:30the day, Conor Wigman, the quarterback for A&M, is a legit question mark, according to
00:34Pete Dammel of ESPN. I bet Florida at plus 4, and I hand up, didn't even know Wegman
00:40was a question mark at the time. If Wegman plays, why would this be 4? Miami, the U,
00:46Florida, we try to tell him, Joe, remember? Florida State, I know. And we try to let him
00:50know, that number was two and a half. In what world is Texas A&M laying more than Miami?
00:56It's Gators all the way, chomp, chomp, chomp. I like it as well. Also, DJ Lagway, the freshman
01:02phenom will get involved in regards to the offense. Graham Mertz will get the start.
01:06And we talk about the success of Billy Napier, 12 wins on the resume, 10 have come in Gainesville.
01:12I think they're a live dog today. I just think they pull it out. Not sold in Mike Elko and
01:16A&M on the road. Not sure what happened with Connor Wegman. He played in the opening half
01:21last week against McNeese, bouncing back from a dreadful performance against Notre Dame.
01:2652 to 10, the victory for A&M against McNeese. They did not cover as a 46 and a half point
01:32favorite, but they did lead 38 zip at the break in which Wegman was 11 of 14 in the first half
01:37for 125 yards and two touchdowns. But you want to talk about the change in quarterback rotations
01:42here. If it's not Wegman, it's the freshman Marcel Reed, who was five of 11 last week for 71
01:49yards. We expect Graham Mertz to get the start for Florida, missed last week's game against Sanford
01:54due to a concussion in which DJ, DJ Lagway, the number one quarterback recruit in a 2024 class
02:02threw for 456 yards and three touchdowns. The most passing yards by a Florida freshman quarterback
02:09since Chris Leak back in 2003 and the previous record was 268. Lagway had 456. I'd almost
02:18rather see freshman versus freshman and still feel pretty good about the Gators in the swamp.
