00:28Now its IPM is bad. Now I will put a new IPM in it. Whether it will work or not, I am going to check it now.
00:37First of all, we will check that if I put a new IPM in it, will it get on or not. We will see this thing.
00:46It is checked in two ways. It is a very small video. I will try to make a very small video and you will understand.
00:55One way is that we will check it with DSO. We have this probe. With the help of this probe, we will check if anything is short or not.
01:08Actually, there are 6 IGBTs in it. In 6 IGBTs, there are 6 gates on it. Now we will see the gates, whether the gate is short or not. We will check this thing in it.
01:25The way to check it is that we will give voltage to the gate. If I check it like this, then there are lights here. If they turn on and off, then we understand the kit correctly.
01:35We also put the IPM in it. Put the IPM mechanically. This kit is fine.
01:41See these lights are on and off. Now the kit is fine. But we cannot say that the kit is fine until we confirm it. If we put such an IPM, then our IPM will also get on or off again.
