00:00Counting on Starr Jason Duggar in Arkansas's La Sotheas, what do we know?

00:05The lawsuit was filed less than two weeks after the TLC Starr announced his engagement.

00:11Former Counting on Starr Jason Duggar was named in a new lawsuit in Arkansas.

00:17On September 10th, a man named Mark Thompson filed a lawsuit in Benton County

00:23against Duggar and Madison holding the cac using them of fraud.

00:26Negligence and breach of contract and breach of warranties were reported.

00:31Thompson alleged that he signed a contract to purchase a home in Bella Vista, Ark,

00:37from Madison holding, with Duggar, 24, as the contractor.

00:42The agreement included 22 repairs within 30 days.

00:46However, most of the repairs were allegedly incomplete after 11 months.

00:51Allegedly, Duggar did not complete work in the master bedroom and bathroom.

00:56He also allegedly did not fully install the sod,

01:00repair crown moulding in the second story of the home or fix roofing issues.

01:04In Thompson's complaint, he alleged that Duggar communicated

01:08regarding the roofing problems in April or May.

01:11However, in late May, Duggar allegedly wanted Thompson

01:16to pay someone else to complete the repairs.

01:19The plaintiff is seeking monetary damages,

01:22including the cost to make the repair and Thompson's attorney costs and fees.

01:26The lawsuit was filed less than two weeks after Duggar announced his engagement

01:31to a woman named Maddy via Instagram.

01:34On 8th 24th, Jays asked me to marry him and I could not be more excited.

01:40Duggar and Maddy shared in a joint update.

01:43In the comments, Duggar replied, she said yes.

01:46Duggar is the 12th born child of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar

01:50and appeared on TLC's 19 Kids and Counting and its spin-off Counting On.
