Financial Supervisory Commission Blocks CTBC Purchase of Shin Kong Financial

Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission has blocked the sale of Shin Kong Financial to CTBC. Instead, Taishin Financial is moving forward with its own plan for a merger with Shin Kong Financial.
