00:35Murdoch is trying to alter the terms of his family trust, which was initially set up to
00:39hand over equal control of his businesses to his four eldest children.
00:43Now, according to the New York Times, he's attempting to ensure that Lachlan will remain
00:48in charge of his media companies.
00:51Lachlan, deemed to be ideologically akin to his conservative father, currently runs Fox
00:56and is the only chair of News Corporation.
