00:00Once upon a time, in a village, there was a temple.

00:03The temple used to keep an elephant.

00:06Every villager loved that elephant,

00:08as the elephant greeted devotees visiting the temple at the entrance.

00:13In the evening, the elephant would go to a pond every day to take a dip.

00:18On the way to the pond, the elephant used to stop at a tailor's shop

00:22and raise his trunk to greet the shop owner.

00:24The tailor used to offer bananas to the elephant every day.

00:28The elephant used to thank the tailor by raising his trunk,

00:32gulping the banana down, and then walking away.

00:35One day, the tailor was not in a good mood, as he had a quarrel with a customer.

00:40In the evening, when the elephant came to greet the tailor

00:43and stretched his trunk to collect a banana,

00:46the tailor pricked the elephant with a needle.

00:48The elephant cried in pain, while the tailor laughed loudly.

00:52The following day, as usual, the elephant went to the pond for a bath.

00:57On his way back, he stopped at another pond that had muddy water.

01:01The elephant then started walking purposefully to the tailor's shop.

01:05The tailor was occupied with his work.

01:08He had stitched several clothes and had neatly arranged them after ironing the clothes.

01:13The tailor was admiring his work when he saw the elephant

01:16standing outside the shop with his trunk raised.

01:19Then the elephant sent forth a spray of muddy water

01:23and drenched the tailor's newly stitched and ironed clothes.

01:27The tailor was completely left in shock.

01:29He joined his hands in salutation and said to the elephant,

01:33Serves me right, friend. I was nasty to you,

01:37and you have returned the compliment. I will never hurt you again.

01:41The elephant nodded his head and walked away majestically.
