00:0013 LGUs in Cebu declared that there is no access to public parliament because of the bad weather.

00:18A passenger was able to capture a video of how a large wave washed away their fast craft vessel that sailed from Bohol to Dumaguete City on Sunday morning.
00:41You can hear in the video that some passengers were still shocked while they were holding their seats.
00:51The reason was to cancel the ship's trip to Cebu Port Authority.
00:56This resulted in the stranded of 400 passengers in Angasil Port that was supposed to cross to Olango Island.
01:05Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Jonard Ahong Chan immediately visited the passengers and asked about their situation.
01:13The disaster team of the LGU also responded to check on the passengers, especially the senior citizens.
01:20Yesterday, the cancellation of classes was declared for the public lectures held by 13 LGUs in the province of Cebu,
01:29including Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, and Cebu City.
01:34The disaster office of the City of Cebu has recommended to me the suspension of classes due to heavy rainfall and strong winds of up to 60 kilometers per hour.
01:45The heavy rain in Metro Cebu continued to pour later in the day.
01:49The ships were allowed to sail again, which was canceled last Sunday.
